The technician replied that this machine is a basic model without a laser head. The 15W laser can cut light wood boards of about 4mm, and the 12mm wood boards cannot be cut by laser. It needs to be processed by the CNC milling cutter of the machine. Our products will be equipped with detailed instructions.

Hello, I'm using Fusion 360 (using grbl postprocessor), but the machine suddenly stops randomly while reading the gcode, no error message, the machine suddenly stops whit the spindle on and keeps the movement until it hits something, I have to manually disconnect the USB and turn the machine off, as the controls in candle are not working

The machine cannot be programmed with the offline controller, only the files can be copied to the TF card of the offline controller for processing. The offline controller controls the movement of the machine, adjusts files and other basic uses.

Could that be these files missing on the SD-Ram card, I have the same issue: There are two special files which should be located in the root directory of the SD Card, these are used by functions in the Control menu. These are probe.txt which is used by the Probe function and Spindle Laser.txt for the Spindle/Laser function, these are provided on the included SD card. These files are vital to the operation of your offline controller and should never be removed or altered unless specifically told to.

i bought this machine . it comes in 100 parts that needs ti be out together. Once you overcome this challenge u will figure out there are no proper instructions to use and configure. it s not plug and plat it is tricky ....and I am not sure how it will turn out in the end

I couldn't find any difference in their parameters beyond the obvious 2cm. The gantry, though, looks different. Has the rigidity improved, perhaps?
