i get why people are saying “i wish the whole album sounded like this” but at the same time… if it did, the part of HTE that goes into this kind of punk rock ballad would not be nearly as impactful. i think the album was solid and that her stronger, chest voice vocals only being prominent in the second half of HTE made a powerful statement

This version is so good! The transition on the "JUST FXCKING LEAVE ME ALONE" was incredible.
Is the second half of the song great? Of course. But, people saying they hate the slow part or that they skip it annoy me lol she sounds fantastic and the build up is perfect for the song. The lyrics are also great in the slower part of the song.
Right you kinda have to listen to it to enjoy this part as well and it does make the rock part sound more powerful!!
