  • In this video I modified my 2020 Chevy Blazer RS exhaust.
First off I had my catalytic converters removed to see if it would change power and exhaust note. Added some power but no exhaust sound change.
The second item was to remove the OEM muffler and install the Vibrant free flow muffler. This did increase power and the exhaust note but not by much.
The third item was to remove the OEM resonator which was a chamber design and very restrictive for flow. I went ahead and stayed with the Vibrant brand and got their free flow ultra quiet resonator. This added a lot of power and the car seems to run smoother. This did get rid of drone and rasp and actually made the car a little quieter than with the factor resonator.
So far I'm happy with the changes and like the vibrant performance products. By the way Vibrant did not pay me for this at all. It's me wanting to use something different than the normal mufflers on the market.
Some of the other changes I did to the car are a brow on the windshield and overlays on the reverse tail lights.
Next I'll be adding winglets and strut rods on the front for a more aggressive look.
After all that it's time to save for a tune. Hopefully, getting this tuned on a dyno will yield an extra 30-40hp getting me close to 400hp at the crank. Naturally asperated of course on 93 octane.
Thank you for reading and watching as always subscribe and like if you enjoyed the video.

I have dual vibrant mufflers out the back, I always have people look and asking questions about my exhaust.

I’m happy with mine. Especially, the extra power, fuel mileage, reduced engine oil temp.

Hey so I have a 2020 blazer aswell but I was wondering if there was an engine light or voids warranty.

I have no engine lights with the mods. For warranty I don't think it would void warranty as long as you don't remove any of the catalytic converters which I did remove the secondary’s which don’t have o2 sensors. Are you modifying your blazer any?
Mine is way quicker and get way better gas mileage on premium fuel. Just have to keep your foot out of the gas which is hard to do.
