It's really cool to have another way of looking at a blown out tattoo over time, like it's "part of your skin" as you said. I fluctuate between liking my blown out tattoo and not liking it but your point of view just tipped the scale over to loving my blown out tattoo!
I feel the same.. no artist here but like to tattoo myself from time to time.. I have one that to me has a lot of blow out but it's consistant threw out so at least it's not just a partial blowout and I love that one and the way it's shaded looking around it and I have another that I did with color and it has very little blow out and it drives me nuts.. deffinatly will say my very first one when I knew nothing was with a coil machine and I still go back to that one for the fun but for some reason even tho I hold the pen one more comfy and confident, I had better results with the coil machine for some reason.. first one I struggled with a solid line but no blow out even after going over it a few times..
Did a few of my own and every now and then one of them will swell some and tickle or itch a little.. not sure why but it comes and goes maybe once every 2-3 months.. last a few hours
@@VioletRoseist the blowout on the foot is like the fucke up backpiece on the homie. It happens to everyone. I learned from it that placement is key. I tatooed a straight line over my ankle and that shit is impossible to look consistend. Bit i was able to kinds fix it by making the lines thicker
