NSO have best sounding callout voice.
Even being supportive there could still be good designs. The repairing drone and the hovoc ammo of linecutter are one of the best supports you can get in the game. If they really want NSO to be supportive they can just give an ammunition despenser to Chimera or replace the nose cannon of dervish with some lock on weapon (skilled pilot can still easily dodge that but more suppressive in a massive fight), it's just about whether they want design this faction from heart or not.

NSOs aren't all bad though. When I see a Chimera or low-flying Dervish, it's good, because I know I will have more certs in the future!

Hopefully the dev team will finally take a look at re-balancing NSO, now that they have promised to take a closer look at long term community complaints.
welp, I hope devs don't forget the celeste's existence... not gonna lie though, I kinda want to keep PMG-200 just as a meme at this point
The only thing i hope from devs is for them to keep the servers up. Anything else seems to be asking much xD
The entire NSO thing should have been an update to 3 real faction, no rebalance is going to save that half-broken thing.
Devs instead choose to avoid gameplay variety and splitting the playerbase by making NSO a faction.
Great decisions (sarcasm) for a game thats loosing players.
6 months later, still no mention of Chimera ability. I think the new devs forgot about NSO's existance

Sir, you inspired me to pick up NSO after 4 years of playing. At first I thought it will be my guilty pleasure but for some reason I am having best time of my life trying out all these wrelwsome weapons.
Just picked up this game. I have learned that its about the big picture and not about that fact that I die many many times. I actually love it so far.
All I got from this video is that pancakes need to be buffed. 10/10
Being able to have softpoint and HVA is actually pretty nice, if you stay back more then usual you can use your bigger accuracy and more range to even a fight, even though since arsenal even the gauss saw can be used as a lasergun by anyone...but still i think at minimum the extended mags should do more, most of them is 4-6 bullets because its a % of the mag it isn't even worth the slot, fix it that way for optimal interesting options. Also NSO javelins take more damage then a flash because their armor rating in the code, everything nso is more fragile hiddenly.
After grinding nso assault rifles, now I can no longer stand by nso's accuracy. I think the skill floor on the long range fight is a lot lower due to small vertical recoil, but i keep getting the flashback of a time I couldn't finish a target around 50m due to slow rpm and muzzle speed of ar100 when T1 cycler still did its job at the exact same situation.
This was depressingly accurate..

I actually have maxwell unlocked already. Maybe I will make some video calling it the AR-100 that the community needs, but is locked behind the directive

Sr-150 is one of the main reasons why I won’t play nso. Objectively bad, has been for years and they will never change something about it.
I just want you to know you've convinced me to main nso, im 36 battle ranks in and my medic is almost aruaxd, I've never hated my life more then when playing 10/10
Can confirm the SR-150 sucks. Also what the hell is up with only having 1 bolt action sniper rifle? The Mako is alright but I want options.
been playing nso for ages, far before any sort of kindness ever came to nso, agony that is zero esf (having to beg whatever faction i got threw on at the warpgate for an esf) no tank, (same amount of begging) zero faction specific weapons (i dont use infiltrator so mako doesnt count) and dawg its insane to see how much people shit on nso, defector has always been an absolute menace and javelin with old nest launcher was a G but dude i play nso over all factions because nso imo is just the best faction. even back then.

Nso is playing planetside on hard mode. I unlocked the aurax smg today new vid coming soon. And all I will say is nso infil and 4 smgs were a walk in the park imo.
thankfully, even though infil is weaker, it is so much stronger to begin with it still works out. It's all good... until you try cyclone.
Yeah the game really needs that next patch... Maybe NSO finally out of 'early acces'?:P Or can they just merge servers already ffs...

I played infi as a new and bad player, now I am play engi as bit experienced and and less bad player. Can't wait to be good and play NSO only.
Don't worry NSO is very new player friendly (for enemies).
I found that the best way to buff NSO is to not play NSO! :D

NSO is trash. Almost everything NSO is trash
Its honestly a bit frustrating to see videos like this even though its (mostly?) a joke because it god damn is true that you and the majority of the community are in fact blind to the very strong points that NSO have.
The curse is that by design NSO benefits massively from organized teamwork but by design they are the lonewolfs of the game, being put on different factions based on population and since everyone in convinced their stuff is bad after testing it once or twice ALONE... this has led to less NSO even using their equipment at all so they rarely even group up with each other either... alone, yeah kinda bad but with +1 or +2 they are amazing.
NSO is a "support" faction, not because they have support equipment but because while their stuff is often a bit weaker than the other faction equivalents NSO stuff has a much higher force multiplier, the issue is people rarely if ever use them in those situations, its usually a lone Chimera, a lone Dervish etc.
1:1, platform and ability comparison, they are horrid. NO matter how you twist it... E.g. it's often better to just bring 2 ESFs than a Dervish. Doesn't matter how much teamwork you have, it will always be at a disadvantage because the weapons and vehicles are garbage.
