- The Lightest Custom Build is finally here! You guys have been asking and asking for this one, and we are HYPED to finally have it done. This video was essentially on the back burner while we waited for new lightweight parts to drop. With the release of the highly anticipated Ethic Pandemonium V2, we knew the time was now. Holes in the deck. Take the bar ends out. Titanium Axles. Titanium clamp bolt. Smaller wheels. Take the brake off

I have ran your Ti bars and I highly recommend them. I have heard some people say some bad things about them, but I am a hard rider and these bars have held up amazing! Straight up the truth no bs
Yo since you ride hard can I get your input. Working on a freestyle brand bmx rider but also into mtb and scoot. Would you buy a steel scoot deck if it was stronger and lighter then an alloy deck? And using a steel with a better strength to weight ratio then titanium? Also harder over all so for street and grinds it'll slide faster and smoother and resist wear better.
Thinking of doing it for forks bars decks and maybe axles and some other bits. Essentially bringing bmx r&d where it applies to scoots so you guys can have good strong light and safe parts.
@@bmxriderforlife1234 if you can make stuff out of steel that is lighter then alloy then yes I would buy it. I have ran steel stuff on my scoot before and my bars would not bend. Whereas my alloy bars broke and my alloy deck is currently bent lol does this help you? That's dope that you ride bmx and mtb🔥
@ransompauleyx2 haha well my steel selection is stainless. It's got a better strength to weight ratio then titanium, scooters are similsr enough in some aspects that it should work similarly enough that ti is lighter and stronger then aluminum and steel.
For bars and certain stuff you guys alresdy have 4130 chromoly parts in. I can make it 20 percent lighter while being 60 percent stronger and as much as 60 to 100 plus percent more dent resistant.
I can also go 50 percent lighter at the same strength or 100 percent stronger at the same weight.

first off what you do sounds awesome!! And secondly you can make parts that are lighter and stronger then Ti? My last bar was 4130 chromoly and it snapped when I was doing a trick lol

I live in Russia and we have a carbon handlebar that weighs 1 pound, I think if you put it in this custom assembly the scooter will weigh less than my phone)
the geometry is good? cuz the bar is way longer than the deck so when u flyout your bar will hit u in the chest

iv got a custom apex build thats mad light and all off the shelf parts with titanium bars and a pandemonium deck,prefer it to my bmx 😅id rather some odi long necks than foam grips tbh
aztek templar is lighter but in only runs 30 wide wheels so that would made the setup heavier
