FUN FACT: when she was young she changed her name from LALISA which means “THE ONE WHO IS PRAISED” and look how impactful she is now around the world🔥 This song shows her versatility, she is like a chameleon and lowkey “SHE IS SAYING I AM LALISA,THIS IS ME AND I CAN DO IT ALL BITCH”. Haters gonna hate but she’s one of the best artist,dancer, rapper and performer ever *ooppsss*. For those who don’t like her music just don’t listen again and please don’t throw hate, and obviously you can literally count those who hate this song *ooppss again*. 👑

I agree, this song is very catchy. I hear it on repeat inside my head, everytime I play this song. I really like when these idols do their solo projects, because we all get to see their individual talents shine through. And, Lisa brought all styles of flavor to her song. I mean, she has checked all the boxes and more. She can sing, rap, dance. She has eye catching charisma and her flow is very on point. Like I said, she checks all the boxes in being an incredible performer.
And, this video was entertaining. The visuals were outstanding, as well as that Hot rapping part in the song which was one hundred percent, Fire!! I am enjoying Lisa's solo journey. Fun fact: That was Lisa's fastest rap, she spat 52 sylabes in 8 seconds, basically 6.50 syllables per second, and she hit 11 syllabes in 1 SECOND thats impressive... wich is funny cuz she usually does more slow rap/flows, in a lot of blackpink songs her raps are Always with slow flows or a little bit fast, but THAT is probably her best rap for sure, began so slow and then BOOM super fast!! Wich is crazy cuz we are not used to see she spitting bars that fast, I mean, Jennie is the one on BLACKPINK that does speed flows and Lisa more a swag slow flow BUT sometimes they reverse it, like their rap in So Hot (which is probably one their most iconic)Lisa was the one rapping fast and Jennie slow, so SHE CAN RAP FAST, now I'm look foward to more Lisa speed flows cuz if they give speed flows to her she really can rap fast, that rap suprised me, also "MONEY" is a masterpiece, basically has a vibe of "Crazy over you" but just her.. ,

LISA another waird thing I saw was that some people were disappointed ceause of the beat drop they were expecting something harder, cuz some fans did some fan REMIXES of the beat drop (because of her MV teaser some fans did a drop) before her solo be dropped and in some mixes the comments were like "I hope her solo be like this" or "Honestly that is what I was expecting", I was like "WTF IS WRONG WITH YALL" I LITERALLY GONE CRAZY OVER HER SONG!!! LOVED THAT SO MUCH
...if I tell you ALL the references and things we have!! ITS A LOT! I also basically knew she would have a pole dance and a desert scene, cuz I'm kinda these FBI Blinks lol jk, back in July some rummors of a desert or beach scene in her solo were spread, Since its Summer in Korea, so.. that made sense, and in her 1st teaser photo(the blured one) had a thing behind her but we didnt know if it was a pole or a light.. I also knew Lalisa would be a song with a lot of sing/vocals, I'm glad that she had some sing parts because she basically raps in almost every BP song.. this is kinda sad cuz some haters be like "Lisa is the most untalented member, she is just a rapper" or "Lisa can't sing" her solo proved their wrong.. so I knew the pole dance and the desert scene and I knew we would have a dance break, this is a thing that Blinks look fowrard in every BP comeback, I knew Lalisa would be more singing AND MONEY would be more hiphop CRAZY CURIOSITIES:
In her solo teasers the 4 elements are present/represented, in her 1st teaser it was red/orange is FIRE, the 2nd one is WIND, the 3rd one is WATER and the teaser photo of a motorcycle I guess its earth but I dont think so, also another fun fact, one of the thunders in her 1st teaser have the shape of THAILAND her country, AND another fun fact, she literally is representing her country in the dance break with instrumental and outfits relating to Thailand AND she literally spelled her name in the teaser, her legs in the 1st one made the letter A, on her knees in the 3rd one is L, standing is I.. another fun fact is HER SOLO IS 3:27 minutes long, ITS HER BIRTHDAY DATE 27/03, another fun fact in her rap scene, the Police outfits say "Polisa", another fun fact is in her MV teaser, in the walls we have words in Thai, English, Chinese, Korean, Japenese, ITS THE 5 LANGUAGES SHE SPEAKS (i mean she's not fluent in Jap and Chine. but she still speaks so good) another fact, her cats name appeard in the wall (lego) and her dog's name is in the lyrics (love), another fact, this fact will blow your mind: ALL THE GIRLS SOLO TEASERS RELATES TO THEIR LOVESICK GIRLS MV(Their single of their First ever full album on their 4th year of group), Jennie had a car all scridbble in her solo, in her scene in LSG there's a car scridbble, Rosé's scene in LSG she is crying in a bathtub, and the same bathtub appeard in her teaser solo, AND Lisa's scene in LSG she is in a high place with some buildings arround her, and in her 2nd teaser she.. okay u got it.. now look, Jennie had just 1 song, Rosé had 2, Lisa and DJ snake had a collab(but we dont know when will come out)so she has 3 solo songs(just her).. Jennie 1, Rosé 2, Lisa 3, probably Jisoo will have 4 songs I hope AND all the 4 girls are debuting in the 4 seasons of the year and THEY'RE MAKING THE 4 LETTERS OF THE WORD SOLO:

Blackpink member lisa. She is thai but came to south korea to be in a kpop girl group call: blackpink.
Lisa can speak 3 fluent languages and 2 more intermediate level. She is fluent in english, korean and thai.
She had to learn korean to be in the group. She speaks like a native american but never was once born there.
Blackpink is the current biggest gir group in the world base on how many fans they have. Bigger than any american group in america cause america don’t have many boy or girl groups. Most blackpink mv are in the 1 billions mv views count.

The MV felt like she really wanted to show everything and all her sides, what shes capable of because she might not be able to show it again in the future (knowing her company isnt into giving them more comebacks which is ridiculous at this point). As for the song this is definitely my type of song. Now if ure a fan of twice or red velvet this is def not your cup of tea. I like it simple and charismatic and thats what she did w the song if u ask me. It's not a really public friendly song and thats what stood out to me. She took me back to 00s (which is consistent w her album photobooks the whole creatives are based on 00s fashion i think). The song balanced it out w the massive scale of the mv it's like she brought us around the world haha. As for the choreo i felt downplayed st first but after seeing her first stage on jimmy, lisa doesnt even need choreo like her stage presence is insane even if shes just standing there. Lol overall i really love everything abt this single album

The gold dress is Thai traditional dress
consist of “sabai” that made from traditional brocade golden silk with ancient pattern and the head piece is called “ radklao”. The outfits is also decorated with Swarovski’s crystal. This outfit was made by ASAVA, same brand that made miss universe Thailand 2016’s outfits. So it’s made especially for Lisa
There are 3 famous traditional head piece for female dancer which is Chada , Radklao and Kiao
1.Chada is the biggest one ,and quite heavy. Chada has front frame and sideboards so it cover all of your hair.Only use for formal ceremony and propitious event cause it’s actually a crown.
2. Radklao is the one Lisa is wearing. Radklao place on center of your head , don’t have front frame so we can still see the hair. Some have sideboards but some don’t and the peak is lower than chada
3.Kiao is the smallest. The peak is low and bottom base is similar to lotus and use to cover a hair bun
Also, the castle behind her is Phanom Rung stone castle at Buriram which is her hometown in Thailand.
This is totally her, and is very YG, more old YG, in my opinion 😀

Yknow, 3 years ago I would have been so pumped for this. Now I went into this with no expectations and yet, somehow, I was still disappointed. Beat sounds like it was made in 10 minutes and the lyrics are excruciating. It's beneath her. The fact she's become the best selling 1st week female on Hanteo of all time for this pile of garbage is a fucking travesty. YG would be laughing all the way to Vegas if he wasn't already on trial.

If 'has a punchline' and 'has a rhyme scheme' are your bar for good lyrics, then that is an extremely low one.
Production was simple and lazy. The bridge was the only remotely interesting part and even that was spoiled by throwing it back into that dreadful chorus.
I hope she does have more to show us, because she is far too talented to be wasted on a song like this.
I agree. I know everyone is gonna bash you for this, but I genuinely don’t understand why everyone is raving about this song. I liked the MV and all, but the song (both songs, actually) were genuinely terrible. They also don’t represent Lisa at all. Lisa is a performer. A dancer. But she’s cute and humble off stage. Yet, somehow, YGE decided that for her solo, she’s gonna have a very underwhelming dance? And average lyricism? Which doesn’t represent her personality or style even the slightest bit like Solo represented Jennie’s and OTG represented Rosé’s? Am I missing something here? Her charisma is off the charts, which is why a lot of people gravitate to the song. It’s not because of the song, it’s HER they like. But the song just isn’t at her level.

Hmm i think saying it's a pile of garbage is such a strong word when a lot of people worked hard in this project. Tbh i actually prefer her basic sound compared to most grand bp or any kpop songs. In contrast to your observation, those kinds of songs actually make my headache but i wouldnt go as far as saying it's garbage because theres so much talent in there be it the idols or the people who worked behind it.
Her sales are really high because shes so popular and her fans/fanbases are way way big. And honestly, her taking a risk of toning down and going back to basics is probably for self satisfaction (if you know her playlist this is definitely her sound) and for her fans. A wider audience is probably just a bonus.
She looked amazing and production was obviously really good but the song was meh and the choreography was boring. Which that’s was disappointed me the most, cause you know this girl can freakin DANCE! Haha.
