The new upper class is stunning. But I have to say that I'm disappointed that there was no door on the upper class seat. Still it looks fantastic and I look forward to trying out this seat in the near future.

yeah not really arguing against that the a350 will be amazing, but I have a long history of flying Virgin Atlantic 747 since 2004.

Im a virgin Atlantic pilot, the a350 in my opinion is the easiest plane to fly I personally prefer it to the 747 as a pilot.

How big are the windows , how good is the on board entertainment and what’s the seat pitch is what really counts not lofts and purple hues 🤯.

How about the noise issue? Compared to the old 747's, the one a350 I traveled on to Heathrow was so loud It felt like a 707 rather than a new aircraft.

Very nice Aircraft indeed! Let's be fair here, I think Virgin will fly some of their Airbus A350s out of Gatwick and Manchester as well because if Virgin are replacing their Boeing 747-400s, why not bring the Airbus A350s to them. Virgin Atlantic have plenty of Airbus A330s and Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners at Heathrow and I think that's enough space for those 2 types of aircraft. Virgin's A350s shall be based at Gatwick and Manchester when they replace their Boeing 747-400s at those Airports because there's plenty of space for them.
There's 12 been ordered. How about 4 based at each airport. The inaugural service is Heathrow to Newark
@@rajnirvan3336 Okay, that's good for me and I do know that Virgin have ordered 12 of them. I'm sure enough they can fly their fleet of Airbus A330s from Gatwick and Manchester as well.
My ideal routes for Heathrow to LAX, MIA, JFK/EWR or SFO as they are popular US cities plus either A330-300 or B787-9 as the extra service. Gatwick and Manchester to Orlando routes as they are so popular and ideal to replace B747. Also a seasonal service from Manchester to JFK. Be good to add B787-10 even A350-900

Meh. The cabins have different focuses. BA has a much better Business Class product, however Virgin Atlantic has the loft.

It has not been confirmed as of yet, however they will gradually replace the now ageing 747-400 series aircraft.

I will tell you some tips to be the 1st best airline in the world do the same as the a350 on all the a and boeing and give papers and pens on every seat clean all pillows and blanckets after every flight and make a shower in the toilet room and put saftey video's on the multipedia if someone wants to watch the saftey video before the saftey video ask if they are a toddler kid teenager or parent so you can explain if they are young that were some tips to be the first best airline in the world
