I think often times we bring our own personal problems into a public light is because we need someone to see us- we're so lost and in pain the only thing we know to do is to call out for help, in the hopes that someone will find you. While this is an unhealthy coping mechanism, its sometimes a necessary one to get the help we need. I'm 170~ lbs and I'm trying to learn to love my body the way it is. I know it's difficult, but I promise you don't need to be curvy or skinny or whatever random beauty standard society pushes on you. You're perfect the way you are, as cheesy as that sounds. ❤

Very much agreed. Where I am, no one can see 'me', but rather an assumption of me in the worst way possible. It..hurts. And I bet a lot of people had this, or is still going like mine, still happening.. If you see this, then all I can say for you is that I'm sorry.. I have been noticing that people kinda misunderstood the "Eat less" part (so am sorry bout that 😅). That part is more on telling MYSELF to eat less. Yes some people do say that but it's more on me.
And most of the stuff mentioned here are about self-sabotage.

Did you know, that your body needs starch, and protein to break down into smaller molecules such as amino acids and glucose! However oxygen doesn’t need to be broken down and just goes straight to your cells lol, (as well as amino acids just get absorbed etc.) however glucose is very important! Glucose needs to combine with oxygen in order to produce energy! Coming from a now recovered anorexic, eating less is very dangerous! It’s a common misconception that you’ll suddenly get an out glass shape if you eat less however it only appears that way in some cases because the ribs are popping out so much! Which can also cause stretch marks! The way people get hourglass shape is usually from plastic surgery since it’s the bone structure that causes the stomach to form that shape! So eating less will not only NOT give you an hourglass shape, it’ll make you EXTREMELY tired, sick, strech marks, anxiety, balding, and even you could be more picky! I used to eat everything before I became an anorexic and even though I’m recovered certain foods (including my old FAVORITE FOOD) had become disgusting to me because of the textures etc! Plus, starving will make you infertile causing you not to be able to have kids! (If you want any in the future) as wel as make you extremely sick, it can even land you in the hospital or you’ll be forced to take birth control pills so that your body can destroy itself and your can get your period. It’s a very painful process and will just make you more insecure! I used to be insecure about my big thighs but now I’m insecure about my bones popping out of my skin!! Please don’t starve yourself because it is very useless and very dangerous as well as painful! Gum doesn’t work either because eventually your body will realize you’re not eating and you’ll end up with frequent headaches, stomach ulsers, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, and low iron (meaning you’ll pass out A LOT) and many more! So please don’t starve yourself or “go on a diet” because you feel insecure or people are telling you to, because a lot of girls go through this and it’s not good! So please, eat when your hungry, drink when your thirsty, block people who are rude, ignore the comments, wear what you want, and do what you want! Because you have free will! You can do whatever you want! I hope you have a great day and stay safe!

I’m underweight and get told constantly I need to eat more even though it’s a eating disorder :( I’m 49-56 pounds and around the age of 14. I got bullied for being a zoophile even though I wasn’t proud and didn’t think Zoophilia was valid. I’ve now recovered but I’m trying to eat more but it’s really hard..
Do not listen to the evil thoughts. Do not listen to the bad people who criticize you. Do not listen to anything or anyone who puts you down and makes you feel worthless. Take good care of yourself and remember that there will always be at least one person who cares for you.
