It turned out great! Happy Birthday! I noticed that the color of the 260 balloon is different from the garland - does that always work or do you have to match the 260 sometimes?
Thank you 😊. I usually use black 260q balloons regardless of the color balloons unless the 260q is meant to be visible.
I like 260 Clear balloons for most designs.
One more question 😅 🙈 - so, cutting the 260 in half for the mini dupe clusters; would rubber bands work well for that?
Yes, rubber bands would work. Make sure they're bigger rubber bands. Gotta make sure they can go around the 11inch balloons in the garland
