Thank you. My sister died yesterday and I've been wondering why she went before myself. I'm the oldest, I should have gone first, not her. I'm always up at 3 and often I return to bed, but never back to sleep.
Even though my sister apologized for her rudness, I didn't feel it was sincere.
Now she'd gone and I can't talk to her about her behavior toward me.
All this we face or enjoy in this earthly life is All Temporary!
Jesus Christ offers us the Everlasting Godly joy After this life.
Receive and get saved to live for ever with Him.
There is no Nirvana nor Karma.
Man will die once and judged to go to Heaven or Hell for ever!

I haven’t been able to sleep on my left side for a very long since I have hurt my upper left arm from strenuous exercise. However, occasionally I turn to my left side in the night and remain sleeping that way until it begins to hurt. Anyway, I am grateful for having learned about the advantages of sleeping on my left side. I hope to gradually make it a habit once I get the treatment from my doctor who have ordered an MRI to see what specific damage I had done.

I sleep on my left side. I have for years. I do have a spinal cord injury. It's more comfortable to sleep on my left side anyway, And I have had outer body experiences' someone a lady came to me and took me into the clouds and we sat on a giant cloud like a seat or a big bench 'and proceeded to float around until we came upon sound beneath me. The person that I was with never spoke but telepathically I guess had me listen to the sounds I was hearing and end up being dreame's that came true of people drowning. It was a warning to me. At least that's how I'd taken it. And in that dream we floated backwards in the cloud and then I woken up. And the thing is that the dream did come true three times within 3 months
