Thank you!! I love that your cross is one piece. I knew it could be done. I just couldn't figure it out. So thank you so very much!!❤✝️❤

Thank you for an easy and quick pattern. We are having a baptism at church in 3 days, and I wanted to make several bookmarks for people.
What a sweet gift! I'm glad the pattern was helpful. Thank you for watching! 🥰
Thank you for this pattern.
Very good and easy instructions to follow. Happy Easter.
@@teresamarshall6242 Happy Easter! Thank you, I'm glad you found it helpful 😊
You are precious! ❤ I wanted so much to crochet some bible bookmark crosses like my grandmother used to make. She had a little wicker basket with a lid sitting on her dresser. She kept it full of the little crosses. She would give them to everyone she met, or hand them out to people at church. She was born in 1865, and never used written patterns. Her crochet was just beautiful. She crocheted me a large tablecloth, and a bedspread when I was 3 yrs old to put in my hope chest.
Thank you for your video! This is a pattern I can easily do with these old crooked hands. 🙂😉
Thank you so much for sharing your story about your sweet grandmother and for watching my video! I'm so glad you found the tutorial and that you will be making these 🥰
I love this pattern. So easy To follow for a beginner.

This is really a sweet video! I so appreciate you and your time! I had a hard time when the cross went out of the frame just as you mentioned trying to crochet through the camera 😮
I am saving this to keep watching as I work. It is brilliant, really happy to have found your videos.
Thank you ❤
Hi, thank you so much for the sweet words! I'm sorry about that going out of the screen. Hopefully you will be able to figure it out with the words on the screen. Thank you for watching! 🥰
Very nice video. It’s been awhile since I made crosses came across your video. Thought I’d give you a try. You were very easy to understand. You went at a nice pace. The only problem I had was sometimes your hand was off camera and the instructions were covering your work, but I got through it. Mine came out beautiful. Thank you so much. I will look for more of your tutorials.
Thank you for watching! I'm glad it was helpful. I did realize that about my hand after I had already published the video. I've tried to be more mindful of that in newer videos. Thank you for the constructive help! I hope you love some of my other tutorials 🥰
Beautiful!! I can't believe I was able to follow along and make one!! We start a new Bible study tomorrow at church and I made one for the lady that is teaching!! Thank you for this awesome tutorial!! May God bless you and keep you!
Aww that is so special!! I hope she loved it and I'm so happy that this tutorial helped! Thank you for watching and for the sweet comment 💗
Going to a church next week weather depending everything depending really if it will works out or not
I never liked CZcams tutorials to be honest I'd rather stare at a book for hours
But I'm thankful for this video and it looks really cute for bookmarks thank you
Hi, I hope you get there next time week and thank you for the nice comment! I'm glad it was helpful 🥰
Very good...do want to mention one thing
..when you slip stitch into the space your hands.move up and with the pattetn caption...I can't see exactly how that goes...I'm a beginner so seeing it really helps me! Thanks for the beautiful cross video. I volunteer in a hospital and crochet small gifts for patients IF I can get this down I know they will love them!!
Hi! Thank you for the kind message. I'm sorry I didn't realize I had gone off screen there. I hope you will be able to figure it out with the written part. I know you can do it! And what an awesome gift. Thank you for watching and giving helpful tips! ❤️
It turned out beautiful and will be nice gifts for the church ladies in your life to use for their Bible studies.
I'm so glad you liked it! Thank you for watching and commenting 1🥰
Thank you ,so easy to follow you crochet the cross .I've made quite a few of them in different colours x
I'm so glad you found it helpful! Thank you for watching 🥰
This is awesome, thank you! ♥️ I must admit that slip stitching the bottom portion of the cross was a little bit troublesome and awkward but I "think" I found a better way to do it (better for me, anyway). Maybe you can try my way and see what you think? What made it easier and less awkward for me to slip stitch the chain-3's on the bottom portion was for me to chain 3 and turn my work BEFORE slip stitching the chain to the cross. Doing this allowed me to reposition my crochet thread so I could slip stitch as normal instead of having my thread feeling wonky and backwards. This only works when building the bottom portion of the cross because the other part is being done in the usual direction.
Anyway, thank you sooooooo much for this tutorial! I just love how its design is based on a Granny Square which makes it ez-pz-lemon-squeezy. 😄👍
@@TamLou64 Hi! Thank you so much for watching and for sharing your helpful tip! I'm going to try it like this next time. I appreciate you! 🥰

I absolutely love 💕 this tutorial. I’ve wanted to make a cross for awhile but I couldn’t find a tutorial that I was happy with. I do a lot of donations for the homeless and this will be so perfect to add. Also love 💕 your nail color..😎
I'm so glad you found it helpful! So sweet of you to donate. And thank you, the nail color is from a non-toxic set I purchased on Amazon that just peels off so you don't have to use nail polish remover. I love it!

A constructive suggestion, not a criticism- I’m so sorry you weren’t feeling well!! 💗. You might get more views if you redid the voiceover as the pattern is super cute!
Thank you! I actually have chronic sinus issues (and am mostly bedbound with an adrenal illness). This is me after sinus surgeries, pills, and everything. It is just how I sound, unfortunately. No hard feelings, I understand. I've started putting the written patterns on the screen for all of my videos so people can choose to mute me and follow along if it's too bothersome. I love making the tutorials so I try to wait for my best feeling days, but that's as good as it gets 😅 I do appreciate your suggestion and thank you for being so kind about it 🩷
Love it
Thank you! ❤️
beautiful
Thank you! 🥰
Thank you for a easy to follow pattern! I was trying to find your tutorial for the tassel. Can you direct me to that tutorial? Thankyou :)
Hi! I'm so glad it was helpful and thank you for watching. Here is the tassel tutorial. I made a large one in the video, but you can do any size you'd like with the same pattern. ❤
czcams.com/video/iz40D6D3vXc/video.htmlsi=DdVkK85GtUWnU59T
At the end of row 2, wouldn't it be easier to end with 3 DC, instead of 2 DC, ch 3, slip stitch? That way you're already at top to sl st across to ch 3 space. I don't know if I am explaining it right. Just seems like it would be easier. Beautiful cross. I will be making more than one.
Hi! I'm sure you could do it that way and it would turn out just right. I think I was keeping it uniform since the others had CH 3's and slip stitches if I remember correctly. I made this a couple years ago so I can't be too sure 😅 I'm glad you enjoyed the pattern though and thank you for watching and for your suggestion! 🥰
It was great I have made 2of them
Wonderful! Thank you for watching and commenting 🥰
Love this make 2 already
I'm so glad you like it! Thank you for watching 🥰
I would love to see Mrs.Claus crotchet applique.
Thank you. I am making these for my church congregation.
Without the cross there would be no Ressuraction.
I pray that you have a personal relationship with Jesus. That you also know where you will be spending eternity.
He is Risen!
Thank you, Teresa! And I'm glad the tutorial was helpful. What a special gift for your congregation 🥰

Simple and well explained.
Thank you so much! 💓
I just am starting and this was so neat. Thank hou but i cant find the tassel making video. Can you help me
Hi! Thank you for watching. Here is the video I have for making a tassel. I made a larger one here, but you can make any size you'd like. Just wrap your yarn less times. 🥰
czcams.com/video/iz40D6D3vXc/video.htmlsi=6b3Il8lcoRsV1dzg
@@creationsmisfit thank you so much.
@@creationsmisfit how do you attach it to the cross. 😩 I just can't figure it out
@amytyree8098 there should be two strands at the top of the tassel. I just tie them onto the bottom of the cross. You can also attach some yarn to the bottom of the cross and chain 4 or 5. Then tie the tassel on.
@@creationsmisfit thank you so very much for your replays. It's been so fun making these.
Could I just double or triple everything if I want it bigger?
Yes! You absolutely can! Or use a thicker yarn and larger hook.
@@creationsmisfit the multiplying isn’t working for me, might be doing something wrong, I’m still quite new to crocheting. The 3 stitch one in the video worked tho, lots of thanks for the tutorials
@@ibensap8143 oh you're welcome and I'm glad you could find a way! 🥰
@@creationsmisfit I mean the tutorial size works perfectly, it just that I want to make one triple the size and that’s not working. Thanks for your response!
@@ibensap8143 ohh I see! My apologies. Hmmm... you could use a larger yarn and hook or hold a few strands of yarn together with a larger hook as well. I don't know if that will make it triple the size, but definitely larger.
It's hard to see all of project as it is at the top edge of the picture.
Hi Becky, I'm sorry it's difficult to see. I'm still working on a good way to set up my camera so I can see while recording. I will try to do better next time. Hopefully the written portion is helpful enough to finish the project!
@@creationsmisfit is all good!! I could follow it ok but sometimes it was by the edge of my screen. I'm watching on my phone so that may be why! It's a great tutorial.
@@beckyhoover4695 thank you so much for watching and commenting! I will work on it for future videos 🥰
Do you have a written pattern
Hi Karen, I'm sorry I don't have the written pattern. But I have all the instructions on the screen as I go. Hopefully that will be helpful! 🥰
When you move your work to the top of the video it is hard to see where you are doing a slip stitch. Please try to keep your work in the middle of the video or have the directions at the bottom of the video. Thank you.
Hi, thank you for the feedback! I will try to do a better job keeping the work in the middle on future videos.
to much hand movement, made me dizzy!
That's just the way I crochet. I hope you find one that's easier to watch 😊
