The reason why lute and adams masks started glitching was because the deal Adam made with heaven which was to only kill sinners and never harm hell borns meaning lute killed dazzle and Adam harmed Charlie which means the deal is offf
That might also be the reason why Lucifer took a bit too long to interfere, he probably wasn't allowed to fight back because of the deal

I still cannot get over the fact that people everywhere on Twitter took ONE CLIP of the song Poison and took it completely out of context. Then you think "oh when the actual episode comes out it'll be ." BUT NO it got worse; people started yelling that Viv was fetishizing SA when that VERY CLEARLY wasn't the case. I don't understand how media literacy is such a dead skill; it's so important not just for talking about film and tv but for CRITICAL FCKING THINKING too. It's absurd that it is just such a lost form of communication. Everything now is hyperbole and extreme side taking.

Honestly that’s why I don’t trust when people say “ok I GUESS depicting sexual violence in fiction is fine as long as it’s not FETISHIZED!” Because most of the time the “fetishized sa fiction” they end up claiming is “glorifying sa” is just a character (or the artist projecting into the character )having an unpalatable response to their trauma.

I was also stressed and annoyed about it, but tbh seeing the good reviews and praise for this show, ESPECIALLY episode 4, makes it all almost laughable in comparison.

bad faith actors, the show is about hell and casts Lucifer in a heroic light, while questioning christianity generally, people are taking it out of context on purpose to try and harass viv or amazon into dropping it.

@@mckenzie.latham91 I believe she's also fairly sheltered as the princess and lucifer's daughter (who is shown to not want her to suffer the disappointments he has), being shown to not quite understand the denizens of hell, and not knowing how to actually help them, which part of her arc seems to be about...coming down to connect with the sinners more.
With so many banger songs, great characters, and a super fast paced story, it's great that we can binge it all in this one big package. Perfect to watch at any time. And thank you for including the pilot. Really ties the whole thing together.

In some Parts the story could have been a little more drwan out, but if they only had a deal for 8 20 minute Episodes it's understandable that they had to fasttrack a few Story points

Razzle and Dazzle are supposed to watch over and protect Charlie, so when one of them fell in battle and the other lost Charlie, Lucifer came knocking on the door
(also in the finale, Charlie figures out about Sir Pentious's crush on Cherri and in response he blushes and then just before Charlie starts singing, Cherri is helping Angel look for Fat Nuggets)
It's also cause Lucifer's deal with heaven was
in exchange for him to not interfere with the exterminations
Only sinners can be targeted, hell borne and the royal family are off limits
But, Adam broke that pact when he attacked charlie
Which allowed Lucifer to step up

This video is great for a lot of different reasons, but most of all just seeing the group's and especially Erik's gradual love and appreciation for Sir Pentious always makes me laugh!!
I’ve been obsessed with this show since the Pilot but now I can actually enjoy everything it has to offer!
And it's not even everything there is to offer. So much left on the table to explore and unravel that easily has enough legs for multiple seasons. Hell, we still don't even have a clue what Alastor's deal is (figuratively and now also literally) when the dude was already an entertaining and intriguing mystery man in the Pilot...we basically had zero questions about him answered and ended up with like half a dozen more to add to the list.
I honestly can't wait to see how this world unfolds

One thing about Lucifers power that many people don't catch, is that when Alistor went boss mode on the mobsters Lucifer didn't seemed worried or impressed at all.
Any of the songs in this series are worthy of an Emmy but when you add the context they hit way harder. Especially, the songs in episode 4 took it to a whole new level. I was not ready at all for the episode and especially the songs in episode 4. I would have to say that my favorite song of the show is Looser. Talk about owning your flaws!
