Berikut saya share,bagaimana mengatasi Problem Boom Turun sendiri PC130F-7 Excavator komatsu
Cara yang saya sampaikan,merupakan hasil pengalaman pribadi,dan tidak tercantum didalam shop manual
Hydraulic Drift.
Adalah Penurunan Attachment yang diizinkan disebabkan karena kebocoran pada
hydraulic system, ketika control lever posisi netral
BoomLock Valve/Boom Holding valve bisa mengakibatkan : terjadi Turunnya Attachment boom,bisa juga terjadi Time Lag saat boom diturunkan,atau boom tersendat sendat saat diturunkan.
BOOM HOLDING VALVE
FUNCTION
• When the boom lever is not being operated, the oil at the boom bottom leaks from spool (1) and prevents hydraulic drift of the boom.
Hydraulic oil temperature: 45 - 55 °C
• Level and flat place
• Bucket: Full of dirt and sand or filled
with rated load (1,080 kg)
• Level boom top, retract arm cylinder
fully, and extract bucket cylinder fully.
• Engine: Stopped
• Work equipment control lever: Neutral
• Start measuring hydraulic drift just
after setting machine and measure
every 5 minutes for 15 minutes.
Defective boom cylinder

aPrepare with engine stopped, then run engine at high idling and carry
out troubleshooting.
Boom cylinder Leakage from cylinder
Relieved in RAISE position 15 cc/min
2 Defective seal of boom cylinder (lock valve)
The seal of the lock valve of the boom cylinder may be defective. Check
it directly
When testing the boom cylinder, set the
boom control lever in the RAISE position.
When testing the bucket cylinder, set the
bucket control lever in the CURL position.
• If the lowering speed is increased at this
time, the cylinder packing is defective.
• If the lowering speed does not change at
this time, the control valve or hydraulic
drift prevention valve (if equipped) is
defective.
a Operate the control lever while the starting switch is in the ON position.
a If the pressure in the accumulator is lost,
run the engine for about 10 seconds to
heighten the pressure in the accumulator.
