    The pricing of flats at Ashiana Amarah is calculated considering the Carpet Area + Balcony Area. Hence, the difference in rate (PSF) of SS Cendana and Ashiana Amarah is wrongly illustrated in your video here.

    1.please prepare little more contentwise before video making.
    2.compare on some other parameters like, how the approach road is for both projects.
    3.construction speed, past project delivery tenures.
    4.Execution risk.
    5.overall layout and flat layout with pros and cons.
    6.Maintenance post delivery.

      Sir Ye Sab Baatein On call hoti hain…And itna zada complicate kar denge property buying ko to kabhi koi kuch khareed hi nai paega…I have seen people Analysing real estate for years and ending up buying a Pathetic property…So I suggest my Viewers to keep it Simple and Apply just common sense
