What did you have the heat set to & how long would you leave it wrapped around your hair?

I use 380 for my thin hair. I hold it on 5-7 seconds after fully wrapped. It also depends how thick of a section I grab, if it’s a thicker section then I hold it on a little longer. If you have thicker hair, you can go up to 400, but your sections should be smaller and you can hold it on for 5 seconds. Hope this helps! ☺️

Curls will last until you wash your hair. Full bounciness like in this video, likely 3-4 days. Hope this helps! 😃
