Totally agree, you should contact romanian police and they will give you a hand for sure. A friend recovered a stolen motorbike that months later he found it was being sold in Romania. He went to the local police station in the romanian town where the bike was being sold (yes, he took a flight to Romania) and 2 hours later the police arrived with the bike in a truck like if it was a magic trick. The police didn't explain too much about where it was or who had it and he didn't ask either, but he recovered his bike

Hey, I'm a lawyer. The crime took place in Ireland, the bank is in Ireland, not in Portugal, which makes Ireland the most likely jurisdiction. You should do everything by email (and document it) so you have proof of the interaction and also that - in this case - Barclays - refuses to cooperate and clearly does not have compliance checks or scam hurdles in place. Also, the websites they use to scam could be liable. Also, you should start any email conversation you have online with your name, your channel, the number of followers. I can look over any letters/emails you need to send to make it deadly 🗡️. This should stop.

Romanian here. As someone that worked as a telecom engineer, I would say that the telephone number is your best bet. The email host will have to provide the whole number and with the number is pretty easy to locate the scammer. You could also try this with their new email address as well to see if they are still using the same phone numbers, but that doesn't matter too much as the telecom operator can extract precise data on the person using the number based on the reported time. The problem is that you can't do anything without the police as all of this is protected personal information, thus it can be obtained only when the authorities are involved.

It might be a good future project to create some more quiet spaces for relaxing away from the noise of work. But the comment about it being harder to have access to people when you need their help is a fair criticism. If you can set up a non-urgent line of communication, like a discord server, that lets you be in contact while allowing personal distance, that might mitigate some issues

I agree that this should be looked at critically, because solitude can be a basic human need. If it's good for the goose, it good for the gander. In the previous video you said that the Irish police have someone looking into a case where they scammed someone there. If that's the case, then you might also call the local police in Ireland and find out the detective there working on that case and pass the information you found out to him or her so they can make use of it. In the latter case, you wouldn't be filing a complaint, but rather providing information to the police for their investigation. Hope this helps.

An idea for the fan, windshield wiper powered ceiling sail. Using the peak of the ceiling as an axis build a sail that covers about one half of the ceiling. Cover the structure/skeleton with light cloth or paper. Most likely couldn't cover 100% of the skeleton, the air needs to be able to get past in some spots or the resistance would be too high. If a direct hard connection between the wiper motor/armature and the fan is power overkill you could try using a pulley system trade speed for torque and have a weight on the far side hanging down the wall. Wiper motor can be powered with a decent sized solar panel, large folding/portable solar panel, or car battery that you have to charge up off your micro-grid when the power is available. To potentially increase cooling power you can use a spray bottle to wet the fan's surface for an evaporative cooling boost. TONS and TONS of minute design work to figure out but that's the basic idea in textual form.
