Official reveals last-minute dangers of Thai cave rescue

- The main pump failed after the 13th member of the trapped group was rescued, forcing Thai Navy SEALs to abandon their equipment , Gov. Narongsak Osatanakorn told ABC News.
This is the first time in my 57 yrs that ive seen the entire World come together with the same prayer.🙏 God is so good, ALL the time . Thank you Lord for bringing these precious children and their coach HOME. AMEN Everyone please keep the rescue divers family in your prayers. He sacrificed his own life to save these children. 🙏

Marchosias Rex from what ive seen and read in the past week ,they were goin on the hike to celebrate one of the boys bdays. Im pretty sure the parents knew they were going . Idt a school coach would take them unless he had parents permission. I may be misunderstanding something, but even if i have, that doesnt mean the coach should be blamed for what happened. His life was in jeopardy too.

My heart aches for the family of Saman Kunan. He is a hero now and forever. Same with all divers involved, they were immeasurably courageous & heroec. Also the coach denying himself food so the kids would have more nourishment, and leading the kids in meditation, also shows the best of human nature. Truly champions!
There's a solid plan now Thailand will build the monument for him and build the memorial museum for next generation to know about the whole mission.
I need to learn the power of meditation and the magic there in. It kept 12 young boys facing their mortality from freaking out?!?!
That coach deserves more credit! He truly kept those boys alive! Feel bad for him bec he probably feels guilty for the whole thing, but if not for him those kids would have panicked and everything could have so easily gone downhill! It was reported the coach was in the most terrible condition because he gave the kids most of the food
Those parents must be overjoyed and overwhelmed. Thank you to all the rescuers involved, your bravery is astounding and inspiring

The American commander did not lead that rescue mission it was foreign cave divers and Thai navy seals the Americans didn't know how to deal with it.

From what we have read, it was not the American commander who led the rescue mission as you stated - it was the Thai authorities supported by an international team of British, Australian, US and other divers.

The current events such as mini wars , conflicts, dooms, famine, cruel, violence, catastrophe, disastrous, despair and hopeless people , happens in many countries around the world. But this is a lesson case in Thailand that , you can find love, kindness, economically life', abundance and calm. In this event, the kind experienced rescuers from many countries came to help the 13 boys, they extremely devoted themselves for helping them. You can see every one enjoyed working. People also supported and donated various dishes of food and drinks, facilities and shelters in the forest for the helpers. The helpers found friendship, fraternity , and joined the people to be the unity on the hard jobs . We can imagine that if we are kind to each other, we will have the happiness world to live in together .

guards’s, and he had an honor funeral blessed by the king. Also the Thai’s did had a marathon event few days ago
in his honor, all proceed went to his family. They will have his statue a memorial site at the cave, for all hero’s in thai history has memorial sites throughout thailand. If the cave is reopened, the danger area will be blocked off, it will be an educational site displaying the love and kindness of those involved from around the world. The cave has always been a tourist attraction, it has always been free, secondary to the famous white temple. If they decides to charge for admission, all proceed will go to his family!
they didnt want to highlight death in a very dangerous mission. and to give time for his Saman's family time to attend to the funeral. Later after everybody out safely, they put out Saman's name to the international community. to honour him.
Sam Shah -His family did attended the funeral, and they did released his name to the public, and the navy seal commander did say even thou we lost our own we will not give up and we will continue with the mission! This statement was said prior to them doing the first rescued!
I got a question: HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET DOWN THERE AND WHY?
My thoughts and prayers to the family and friends of the Navy Seal who died during the mission. I wonder if they told the boys anything about the passing of the Navy Seal I'm sure they kept that from them until they were rescued. I don't know if they knew or not

The governor was asked early on. He said the compensation will be through the department of defense between two countries. You will be surprised other bills will not be as big as you would have thought.Food that fed thousands people a day came from the king and donations. All volunteer labour is free. Even laundry for US soilder is free by volunteers. Private companies and organizations who took part in drilling/draining/pumping underground water willingly paid from their own pockets. Thai gov. Paid for round trip tickets for the first 3 british divers. Not sure about 2nd group. The farmers downstream refused to get compensation for their losses due to the water drained from the cave flooded their farms. Many foreign divers were already in the country. Many of them are diving instructors in Thailand. Thai seals are paid through salaries. Full face masks were donated anonymously. They already began the process of returning the equipments to various organizations.
They are going to be sent into monkdom?...to escape?...each worth a lot of.money..

ninijohannaq It is closed now for about 6 months before open again in dry season. This cave is in national park. It’s always closed during rainy season, starting July. They went inside the cave in June. Maybe next year they should close it in June instead.

Omg ,believe me people, I had a dream before I heard this news, some african kids on the muddy water,without foods,very less water, even me was there then deep well people keep bathing, dirty water and I rescue one kid from some bad people,after I came out one more kids some one gave to my hands I was very happy and go out side to buy some cloths for them, then I sow the us lady opera, this is not frist time I have seen dream some of disasters before its happen,Jesus's whats going on me?
