I had used live earthworms in the past to raise angels and breed them with very good results with no issues. Here I see Yash doing his own culture of earthworms to feed discus and breed them with good results, this is very inspiring.

Earthworms are best source of live feed, hobbyists shud use it more in Mumbai, results of discus raised mainly on earthworms are much much better than those raised on animal heart mix
Few years back one raiser had raised a lot of Colin heng LSS to 7 inch mainly on earthworms, they also breed like crazy once mature
