Sure hope they salvage first. The vanity in that first bathroom was gorgeous. Unique doors and fireplace mantels. And that kitchen is a chef's dream. There should be laws when someone buys a nice property they have to maintain it if they aren't moving in right away to prevent vandalism and decay.
