Hello, you are 15:11 showing the washer that you installed between the bearing and the housing, this is incorrect, look at the manual and you will see what I’m talking about there .The 17:44 sealant in the lower part of the engine crankcase was also incorrectly applied.
thanks on the washer! the sealant was reapplied off camera and it was not filmed. perhaps I need to put a notification in there that I did it incorrectly
looks like my file storage provider lost a few of my videos :( putting on the oil pump drive chain, and bottom of the crankcase are missing... but I will start from there
Wrong location of the metal washer. 15:05 minutes YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE MANUAL BEFORE DISASSEMBLY AND DURING ASSEMBLY. THIS ENGINE MUST BE OPENED AGAIN. 17:55 minutes Take a good look at the figure and where the sealant should be placed. you put it in the wrong place. 18:25 MINUTES The sealant must not be dry before closing the pieces, but rather when it is placed to ensure that the pieces fit well. The blocks are rectified and measured for each other and never exchanged with similar ones. They are the same but the measurements are different. THE SEALANT SHOULD NOT HAVE DRIED BEFORE CLOSING. 32:00 MINUTES WRONG SCREWS
@@jeffhumes hello! I noticed a problem that manifests itself when the clutch is released suddenly, when the 1st gear is engaged, in such a way that it "clicks" quite a bit in the engine/transmission. When it "clicks" once, the next time it doesn't do it when the clutch is pressed when the engine is stationary... the problem appears again when the engine-teeth in the gearbox move a bit... I tried to film it so you can have an idea. The gears shift just fine, the transmission does not make any other strange noises. Personally, I think it will be a gearbox / maybe some wheel, fork shaft???/ czcams.com/users/shortsYV6L3ybU1A0 Do you have any experience with this?? If I want to disassemble the transmission, is it necessary to remove the engine from the frame? or is it possible to split it in the frame?

Bom amigo, não querendo dar palpite, mas vi montagem errada aí
Which part are you referring to?
the gasket image you did does not match with what you did on the engine! does that Mather do you think?
Which gasket are you referring to?
@@jeffhumes the gasket on the underside of the engine. you hade a layout of where to put it.
@@imcooc I think I did miss a bit on the very back of the case.. good catch!
