Horns we can found that is/was sounded in real life 1. Titanic (CV) 2. Maasdam (Cruisers and Big Cruisers) 3. RV Georgic (Monstly in Battleships) 4. Another Titanic Variant (Cruisers) 5. IJN Yamato Horn (mostly Tier IX and Tier X) 6. KMS Bismarck horn (Majority of Battleships and Battlecruisers)
Interesting fact is that the horn of example Veneto is the same horn used for the Dreadnaughts in ww1, the horn was supposed to scare the enemy soldiers and discourage them, i like that they've put that in for a few ships
Because they are. Ships back then use Steam during WWI. Sure, Horn exists but Ships back in the day does use Whistles similar to the Locomotives. When WWII arrives, most of them start to use Horns instead. But some of them use Whistle, like HMS Hood.
Mikasa should have a steam whistle instead of the horn. Because she is never have any refit. Even better as Mikasa was built by a British, she should have British Steam Whistle.
Sorry to burst your bubble but MV Georgic never had a horn, she had a 3-Bell Super Whistle. All those videos you see on "MV Georgic horn" are fake and used a stock horn sound effect. She would have sounded similar to MV Britannic's 3-Bell Whistle.
Of all the horns, the High tier Heavy Cruisers & Battleships have the most menacing of horns, Hipper, Iowa, and Soyuz take the W on that
A big ship has to have a big horn, after all

9:25 the iconic bismarck
the battleships and carriers sound so badass, the destroyers and subs sound spooky
I bet if WTs ships had horns we'd play naval so much more lol
Shokaku's honk like dangerous warning to sky raiders 💀
2:57 YAMATO!!
I like the honk of mighty Bismarck 😮
Renown and furious got a ghostly honk
6:26 sounds like the 4014 big boy
Holy shit, the british subs sound so unnatural yet robotic and scary
T-22's horn sounds like Union Pacific 4014's whistle.
World of warship legends needs this level of detail in it!
I also like how some horns sound like steam locomotive whistles.

@@tsuaririndoku Fascinating. Thanks for the interesting fact.
Nagato, Amagi, Bismarck and others, so awesome.

5:31 I’d be scared to hear that
Im pretty that the horn of the titanic, when it was being tested after being raised from wreck
Thank you for this Is music to my ears
Glad to hear that!
Too bad WG did not give every Ship a reasonably unique horn....Or gun sounds that sound better than a damn GBBR Airsoft rifle...
You forgot to add Indianapolis, Zieten, Graf Spee, Kearsarge, Zaō, Harugumo, Missouri, Florida, Monaghan, Satsuma, Shikishima, Musashi, Jean Bart, Gascogne, Kaga, Rooke, Essex, Knyaz Suvorov, Ohio, Takao, Großer Kurfurst, Saipan, Schlieffen, Kléber,
Aquila, Roma, Agano, Gokase, Yodo, Takahashi, Shimanto, Hiryū, Hyūga, Admiral Nakhimov,
Malta, August von Parseval, Komsomolets, Serov, Le Terrible, etc.
Very fascinating sounds!
Seem to be missing Dreadnought, Warspite, ….actually every British premium except Repulse and Duke of York.
The Fusou is so majestic.

I don't know why we don't have ship horn in War Thunder
Maybe it's unnecessary
@@FunnyGuy4269 Its necessary
1:10 wait a second that sounds like Titanic
5:30 Lexington sounds like Titanic
@@dangetsy6190lex is a combination of Titanic's horns
@@michaelvelez6699it was actually an audio of titanic’s whistle being blown on air.
Why do the carriers have a horn that sounds like your worst nightmare
That's my girl
there's a neat easter egg if you blow the horn on Iwaki Alpha
wait i know you
Wow Hello Haruna glad to see you here^^
Yeah I know Iwaki have different horn but sadly I don't own that ship and probably never will :(
I dont suppose you could add some of the space Warships?
In next vid maybe
4:08 that's just MV Georgic's horn lmao

0:49 where did hosho get the horn originally from?
No idea

2:05 My favorite baby names
A lot of them sound like North American steam locomotive's and sound like old car horns
That's what disappoints me on Legends, cruisers and destroyers sound like trains and thats the only horn we get.
Which is funny considering British Ships should have European style whistle and not American Whistles.
The submarines all sound the same.
I didnt know wow had the oklahoma
Note:you can get the oklahoma by completing the always courageous collection
Why is the uss lexington sounds similar to the titanic whistle
That’s because it is, it was one of the other audio recordings of titanic’s whistle being blown on air.
So does the Furutaka 1:10
