I’m headed to Dallas and driving to San Antonio in 5 weeks from the Chicago area to scope out some properties and the first thing I thought of while watching your video and mapping McAllen was wow that is close to the border and the safety concerns with the influx of millions of illegal immigrants in the past two years?

Air Conditioning? Is the pool heated? $399k is cheaper than my one bedroom condo. And I pay$420.25 monthly to HOA (for almost nothing). When you live in cramped spaces you will eventually develop boils under your arms from never being able to open them.
ac but not heated pool, you really dont need one down here but you can always buy pool heaters later if you feel it is needed
