Where is the need of the student? Question: what would you like to achieve by the end of the lesson instead telling him what you want him to do. Client centred lesson. Where is level of responsibility sorted and the risk management? ( what are you responsible for?,. You are independent so how much responsibility do you have?). That would be a fail on the Part 3 I am affraid.
You don’t need to ask all those questions during the test your actions are the key, so wouldn’t be failing if by end of the test as long as know what you doing!!
