Bravo complimenti...xhe emozioni mi hai fatto rivivere e vivere come se fosse la prima volta.. In questi anni il Napoli mi ha regalato gioie grandi. I due scudetti ( nell 87 avevo 15 anni nel' 90 17 0 O 18)sono stati magici . La coppauefa la super coppa la coppa Italia. In quegli anni alla mia età ( quando papà aveva dovuto aspettare 40 anni . Io sono nato quando i miei avevano 20 anni . Ed eravamo amici ma anche padre e figlio) vivere quelle gioie significa piangere ridere fare il matto . In quattro su un motorino si della paggio (lo so non si fa )ed altro . Ma è solo pancia solo gioa pura.. Sembra un sogno Quest'anno all'età di 50 anni (non ho figli )ho pianto . Lho vissuta in modo diverso. Sono stati anni in cui si poneva un mattone poi un altro poi un altro. Doveva arrivare . È stata una gioia che mi ha fatto parlare poco .. Nowadays, when Napoli is even much stronger, the average attendance is the lowest in years (barely 30 000). | So, I wanna know, why is that? How come people aren't supporting their club in huge numbers?! I mean, it's a huge city, and you can't fill the stadium? it's only a half of its capacity?! So many things have happened in the past few years that Neapolitans have simply lost faith in the goodness of this sport. The most obvious factor is how Juventus literally stripped us the title a couple of times with helping-decisions from the referees that couldn't but remind us of the Calciopoli madness (especially in 2015-16 and 2017-18) What is impacting the affluency is also how organized groups are treated: the stadium has kind of become a theater now, you are prohibited from doing all sorts of things that are considered standard for a stadium, like bringing flags, standing while watching the match and using any form of fireworks. It's hard for organized groups to constantly go to the stadium at this point. Without mentioning that it simply isn't worth anymore when it comes to the prices, that are high as hell for the quality of the stadium, which is pretty low -- you also have to take into consideration that when you go watching the match you know you're just going to cheer the team because you're not going to have a nice view, you won't be able to see the match, especially in the inferior levels of the stadium. Neapolitans have begun to think that it isn't worth anymore: not only you have to pay extreme attention to anything because you can potentially be reported for stupid things, but you'll also have troubles with watching the game itself. Another thing: I guess you know about the first team mutiny during Ancelotti's 2nd season, right? Well, that kind of broke something between the team and the fans. In my case it made me feel nihilism towards the people who betrayed the coach, the fans and the club altogether in the moment of need, and I swore I wouldn't feel the same as before as long as those people were wearing the Napoli jersey. With even Insigne leaving for Toronto I'm starting to relink with the club and its players -- not that I had ever stopped watching the games, but yes, I've been feeling disconnected from the team in the past years. I love football more than anything but I had never seen before in my life a team literally mutiny, it defintely tore me apart emotionally. I lived through it as a betrayal, like a long-standing relationship ending because of your partner's cheating. The city still lives football like it's a matter of life or death, and still loves the club like it's their own mother (you can still see that everyday by checking neapolitans' mood: if they tend to be smiling and happy it's probably because Napoli won the last match, if you see people sad and gloomy it's probably because Napoli lost) but it's not that willing to be disappointed anymore. It isn't when it comes to referee making always the same mistakes for the same three clubs (Juventus, Milan and Inter Milan), it isn't when it comes to the ownership disrespecting the fans and actually wanting them out of the stadium unless they act like lifeless dolls, it surely isn't when it comes to a team who went their separate way and betrayed the club. Napoli fans are just tired and I understand them. I feel tired too and I don't just love my team, Napoli, I love football as a whole, as a sport, and yet I can't but be exhausted. I get that from the point of view of an outsider this might seem just like the fans have lost interest in the team and football as a sport, but that's not it. It's more the result of several different tragedies and dramas that people can't stand anymore, but what the fans feel towards Napoli is still there. I can see it deep within myself and I still see it in my mother's and father's eyes when there's a Napoli game. The love is still there and no one's going to take that away from us.
