My word. I cannot put into words how I feel about this! To see this MOC's beginning in part 1, all the way to now in part 8 with the main 3 parts finished is phenomenal.
She is monstrous, intimidating, and absolutely brilliant. When you stepped back to showcase the full build I simply muttered "Bloody hell" to myself in pure awe.
Fantastic work Brick Man 117!! You should be incredibly happy and pleased with yourself and your work. Though she may still have a few final touches to go, you can certainly pat yourself on the back and congratulate yourself with this build!

I get what you're saying here. I personally love the Banished scheme and I'm pleased that they are focusing all their resources toward it at the moment but, I too, also look forward to the day that classic covenant vehicles return to the shelves. When that day comes it will be special and I would imagine very well received.

Beautiful. I have absolutely no complaints about it. You've put so much blood, sweat, tears, time and effort into this build. Creative liscese or not. It's top notch. I have an idea for the stilts though given you have the pieces. Using the black 2x2 cylinders. Find 2 center points on each leg. Layer them outward in a "circular" pattern. 2 high. Then reinforce with curves plates if possible the repeat about 3-4 more times. Again just an idea. Either way I'm sure itl be phenomenal. ❤
Thanks for the feedback, glad you like it. It's a good thought for the stilts and how I actually originally intended to do it so good advice. Unfortunately I used almost all of the 2x2 black cylinders on the main cannon section so I only have a few left. I have a couple of other ideas in my head and am about to start working on them this week so will hopefully come up with something worthy.

That’s massive! Really reminds me of the halo anti aircraft guns in one of the last missions. This is honestly the best and largest mega construx MOC I’ve ever seen.

I cant help but envy at all this rare pieces you have in abundance :) but commitment to this moc is amazing. I love building mocs but i cant imagine myself putting so much effort in one build. You really do go above and beyond. Mega should put up a shrine at their headquarters with your name on it :) Cheers buddy
Thanks Hybrix, that's really kind. I'll be honest and admit that this MOC has taken up too much of my time so I will be taking some time off once it's complete. As enjoyable as it is it becomes obsessive and cuts too much into family time sadly (never enough hours in the day). Thanks again and I really appreciate your thoughts and feedback 👍
honestly seeing the end of the gun in the beg made me think of the lich which is one of my favorite vehicles added it would be cool if you did a banished lich or even a regular one

I don't know if you already mentioned this or had it planned but for extra support in the middle, you could try to use some sort of translucent pieces that mimic a gravity lift into the AA gun. Maybe that would help with the weight distribution in the middle for when you do add the extra height to your MOC.

So a few questions, 1. Are you thinking of making a diorama out of it? 2. Will you make the little stilts/legs underneath the feet? 3. Does the gun clip onto the body somehow? 4. About how many prices do you estimate is in the build?

Q3. The gun doesn't clip on but it could be secured to the roof section very easily. I'll go over this in the overview video for the completed MOC. Q4. No idea.

I know mega has to scale things down to have a reasonable price and get some profit but you didn’t have to make it 5x small then it is.
I would find a way to reinforce that gun if you plan on keeping it the way it is it's going to cave in on itself eventually maybe use some metal pieces
It will be stored disassembled so there is no load/strain on the parts.

i don’t think you should put stilts on because the whole thing will collapse unless you have ugly support structures under the control room

how does that lid support the weight of the gun, it looks so weak.
It's made with 2 sets of long technic style bricks connected together with pins, these are then sandwiched together with plates creating 2 very long very strong ladder sections. These are then built up with even more bricks and plates incorporated into the diamond shape that is mostly no strengthening. It's actually incredibly strong and doesn't even flex.
