I guarantee those Californians who moved to TX did not move to the flat, ‘visually boring’ part.
The ones that called me earlier this year did.
@@TheBritishBlokeRealtor ok, I’m just saying that most CA transplants have moved to Austin/ San Antonio which are in the TX Hill Country- no real mountains ofc, but pretty close. The real flat parts of TX are very sparsely populated.
