I'm so grateful for my dad he played the drums, guitar, and his favorite was the harmonica One of his favorite bands was C.C.R. he was my best friend. Unfortunately the one promise I could not keep was to be by his side when he passed away.... But I was on the phone and his favorite song was playing Have you ever seen the rain This song helps me in more ways than I can explain
My absolute favorite band me and daddy would listen to this while driving. can't say what we was doing but it's illegal and people would say it's cruel if I put what it was so I'll just keep it to myself and enjoy ccr ;) and remember the good Ole days. Cockadoodledoo have a good day everyone. That's what dad would say haha 😂
My first concert ever, with my first girlfriend ever, June 14 1969, I was 13 years old.. My older sister and her first boyfriend drove us to the concert, and attended it with us. I remember being in awe of how good it sounded, and the long guitar solos sounded wonderful. The "Grassroots" opened, Lee Michaels and "Frosty" on drums followed , then.............John Fogerty was the first great musician I saw live in concert. Then followed hundreds of concerts. My first girl friend and my sister's first boyfriend corrupted me at a young age with drugs and sex and rock'n roll. The Aquarian Conspiracy was real, but better drugs, sex, and rock than joining the satanic matrix - no?
2 weeks ago I went for John Fogerty concert in Toronto, it was not as good as concert in Hamilton Ont (10 years ago) now he played with his sons and new drummer
I was 17 in 1971 when I listened to CCR and dance in the parties. Wow! Time flies but CCR doesn’t stop impacting. In Netflix there is a documentary about CCR being considered great after The Beatles.
I was just born then.and 53 yrs later I'm actually just into them. Strange as I'm a massive 60's lad as well. Don't know how I missed them. 🏴💚💃💃💃
As I sift through the possible songs on utube ..I come across CCR and as usual I can't scroll by..I still am hooked on this era and band..It is like don't step on a crack..break your mommas back ...Must listen..first song is Have you ever seen the rain...I plopped back in my recliner and let the home movies in my head happen ..leaving a bad relationship..joining marines and boot camp...nam.. get out roam the USA in old pickup..many trippy trips etc ..the usual. I could gon on..but I won't.
There are a few on Mardi Gras after Tom left and John had to allow Cook and Clifford to put their songs on it to keep the peace. Probably a good thing that it was their last album.
CREEDENCE, come on play it AGAIN. Fantastic musical group, wow, AMAZING, EXCELLENT songs. Eminence and masterpiece, always in my memory and My HEART. Congratulations. Thanks a lot good MUSIC. My regards from Concepción city, CHILE.

Мне 67 .Эта музыка до сих пор у меня в мозгах и когда мне плохо ,я включаю " видел ли ты дождь"Криденс и сердце наполняется молодостью и жить становится веселее.
I was young, drunk as a skunk, first day out from the army, fysical shape as a olympian athlete, newly signed contract with a professional soccer club, my strawberry blond girlfriend wife to be next to me in the Volvo 142 on the way to Gothenburg to a Springsteen concert and my brother pops in CCR in the Clarion cassette player. Best day of my life. I have only liked three bands in my life CCR, Dire Straits and Springsteen.
