As a whole Kiryu Shinagawa Final Battle Version turned out to be absolutely fantastic. The sculpt is very well done, the paint apps are very cool with a new weathered metallic silver scheme, the new battle damaged parts and absolute zero cannon effect part are very well done and Kiryu is fully poseable.
I really love this release. Like with all repaints I have that same feeling. This is what we should have gotten in the first place. But, oh well we have it now and I’m more than happy to have it. I absolutely recommend picking this figure up.

My girlfriend recently got me this as one of my birthday gifts and as much as I liked and wanted the Heavy Arms version I'm soo glad she got me this one instead. Your reviews are very detailed and in depth. Makes me that much more happier to have this as I now feel it is the best out of all the versions.

I was in a financial rut over the summer and I had sell my Heavy Arms version. Literally moments after, I caught the announcement for this release. I must acquire it. I've no other choice but to.

I just love Kiryu. I have mine displayed damaged and gave the absolute zero to my original. I just hope they reissue the heavyarms ver next year
If I were to own this figure I feel like I’d lose all the parts in 0.001 seconds
I own the Heavy arm Kiryu and really its not that bad. I mean if you can put them in a bag. But if you have carpet yes they will be gone within seconds.

At 12:22 That's a great price and I agree, not bad, especially considering all that you get. I am glad I didn't get the original version. However, at 9:47 there's not a way to swap the chest from the "Heavy Arms" (hehe, reminds of Gundam Heavyarms from Gundam Wing) Mechagodzilla and attach to this one, correct? Ok of all of mecha G's incarnations kiryu is my favorite first one I did not like much super mecha G growing on me and anime mecha godzilla spoiler it was a parasite didn't even get to fight but kiryu all time favorite hope we get a re-release of the heavy arm one with a cool new effect
I bought this one and was thinking of painting some of the wires in his body green, red, yellow, blue like a electrical board

You know.....it makes sense that this version is stronger than sos....the sos one is a repair ....its like Godzilla having a a broken leg in a cast and kiryu having a broken arm and mental illness. But the 2002 versions are at peak performance
