THIS NEW ZEALAND TOWN IS SMALL BUT AWESOME

Today we do things a little differently. This is the first vlog I have done on this channel. We are visiting Helensville which is on the outskirts of West Auckland, New Zealand. Helensville is a little town that is up and coming and has a certain charm about it. Please let me know if you would like to see more vlogs from time to time. Enjoy the video.

@@offthecouchwalks No, but I'm saving up to go travelling this year. I haven't yet been to NZ, but I'm so hooked on Auckland. Especially K' Road and Grey Lynn. An Aucklander living in Sweden told me, that anti-establishment personalities like myself, live in Grey Lynn. At least they used to, when he left for Europe. However, it must be heavily gentrified nowadays.

Kiwi watching from Virginia . . . I'm always interested in seeing my home country . . . Lived in Rotorua for over 40 years, before coming to the USA to live with my son.
