  • This week I'm taking a look at 4 different Veto tool bags that work very well as separate bags or as a combined kit.
    Thank goodness for timestamps:
    0:10 The TP-XL
    9:49 The MB3B
    21:23 The MB2
    24:13 The MB
    26:28 All the bags in one loadout.

      No problem Mr Douglas 👍. Glad you enjoy the content. Top quality bags best on the market.

    Good to see you posting a video again. You were missed.
    That has to be the best demonstration of the TP-XL and MB3B that I've seen. Epicair chose wisely when they gave you the bags to review.
    I'm glad to see you've downsized from when you were using the OT-XL. That is a bulky bag to be using for house bashing. I originally used an OT-LC but stopped using it as I tended to stuff it with so much that it was doing my back in. I've now moved to smaller bags that are specific to one type of visit and am having much fewer aches and pains.

    • @JBE
      @JBE  Před 3 lety +3

      Yeah it certainly saves your back when you only have a couple of small bags to carry. Best thing about these bags is that you can make your own kit up for whatever job you're doing.

    HVAC Technician from the US. Have had my Veto TP-XL for half a year for maintenance and troubleshooting and I love it. The TP-XXL intrigues me, but at that point I guess I will just carry my Tech Pac. Good video man.

    • @Soldiershak
      @Soldiershak Před 3 lety

      I tried the TP-XXL, I ended up returning it, just too big and too heavy which defeats the purpose for me.

    Great to see you’re out of hibernation 🤪 And you’ve bought a merger, what do you think of it?
    I bought the veto mb3b a while back for my MFT pro, which fits perfectly with all the leads, 2 clamp meters and a power tester... also use the MCT tech. They are expensive, but once you’ve bought one I don’t think you’ll go back.

      Yes I saw that but it’s a rolling back pack, which is nice but kind of defeats the purpose of having a back pack. I have a Tech pack but would’ve preferred a rolling tool bag but they say they have other models coming out soon. We’ll see! 🤞🏼

    I'm using the Veto Pro Pac Tech MC which seems to suit my style,I cannot fault it so far. Only thing I would ask for is one slightly larger side pocket,as I use a set of 12" pull through rods for short runs. I've ended up cable tying the rod case to the front D rings

    • @JBE
      @JBE  Před 3 lety +1

      Yeah I know the feeling when the bags perfect apart from one tool that won't fit! The tech pac is great for rods but you quickly end up over loading it pulling your back out.

    • @stuartarnold9444
      @stuartarnold9444 Před 3 lety

      I found the Tech MCT a better choice. The couple of extra inches in height not only meant that my tools were easier to get in and out, but I carry a few things that too long to have fitted into the Tech MC.

    • @JBE
      @JBE  Před 3 lety

      @@stuartarnold9444 I have my eye on this bag too, it looks the natural in-between from a tool pouch and tech pac.

  • @JD-gi9pl
    @JD-gi9pl Před 2 lety

    Just got the mb3 and the tech mct. I got the mct as an upgrade on a velocity bag that I have, which is great just not big enough for a main bag. So now I've got three nice bags and I think we just get these things because we like them 😂 I'm watching this thinking I wouldn't mind the TP XL as well and I haven't even got the tech mct out of its box yet 😁 and I'd like to use my mb3 as a meter bag but I quite like the bag my meter is in already 😬

    • @JBE
      @JBE  Před 2 lety +1

      Hey man you gotta go with what you go with. What Velocity do you have?

    • @JD-gi9pl
      @JD-gi9pl Před 2 lety +2

      @@JBE rogue 2.0. It's a lovely bag and I'll find a way to keep using it. I need to too because I like it that much 😁 I went for the tech mct so that I can put the voltage tester and stuff like that in one side, hand tools in the other. It's getting a bit rammed all in one side and the leads on the volt tester will get too much of a beating before long.
