There are indeed duplicate coordinates on the dice, however for example if the F1 coordinate was duplicate, 1 die would contain both F1's. This is the case for 6 coordinates. (7x6-6x6 = 6) (assuming no coordinate is tripled.)

Well the puzzle isn't that hard in this one. Arguably, 11:39 was his first attempt (which he failed and re-adjusted during his following attempts)
