Cause: Both had an engine failure causing some of the engine to break apart
BOAC 781 and Aloha 243
Cause: Both Had Structural failures causing parts of the planes to break apart
TWA 800 And Flight 180 (Final Destination)
Cause: TWA 800 had a fuel explosion from a short circuit causing the head to fall off Final Destinations flight 180 started from an engine explosion later there was a bigger explosion that caused the head to fall off

true Swissair 111 was caused due to overheating from the IFE causeing a fire to start wich caused the plane to crash into the ocean while Lion Air 610 and Ethiopain 302 crashed due to a bug with the MCAS system causing the planes to dive inot the ground/ocean
