This is your guide to how BMX racing in the Olympic games works:
BMX Racing - it's a case of sprinting to the finish. In Tokyo 2020, Team GB's Beth Shriever won gold and she's back at Paris 2024 to defend her title.
BMX Freestyling - fit in as many jumps, gravity defying flips and daring skills as they can in 60 seconds. Judges will score them and the top scorers will win the medals. British rider Charlotte Worthington is hoping to repeat her gold medal winning performance in Paris.
