If you listen to Sen. Hontiveros she is merely stating observations and findings of COA and other government offices. She's not trying to degrade our athletes and the facilities. She wanted to know if the processes for purchases were accordingly to law.
Yung structure lang siguro ng pagstate ng observations and findings siguro ni Sen Hontiveros yung may problem. Baka nagmukhang questioning kaysa statement lang. Masyadong persuasion si Pia while si Risa is conviction.
