I used to watch your episode on telivision when I was a teenager.
Now as I grown up I been in many relationships. Which spoiled my life because most of them are toxic. Now the girl I am dating with is really good and loves me a lot but I am not that much interested in love anymore and sometime feel anxious and depressed when I thought to marry her. I really needed to hear this video today so thank you so much. At first it took me a minute to grasp the concept but I think I have it now. I can only liberate myself by choosing to forgive myself and to not to hold onto the pain. I cannot change other peoples actions or perspectives, but I can work to change my own energy to stop the negative feedback cycle.

Insecurity one of reason for pain which remain last Long & create other stress as well so always forgive as quick possible.
While I loved the video and will be watching it again and again when my mind is troubled or restless, how does one forgive the unforgivable? Like someone killing someone you love, or sexual assault, or someone causing you physical or emotional harm that in no way justifies the abuser's insecurities, past or hurt? Please don't get me wrong, I don't wish to prove myself knowledgable, or better. I have immense respect for Sister BK Shivani and all those who so kindly work towards helping us understand the inner workings of the mind and the universe. I only ask this out of a genuine need to understand, learn and grow. Om Shanti.
