I really appreciate what you do. Sometimes Struggling to fix the tv with one hand so that you can video tape the process to educate us is really amazing. Only a few can take that privilege
congratulations for your new multimeter ❤
This is to far level for me
Even if I watched this video much times. Only engineer like you sir can do this.
Usually I download your video and I watched much times as I can so I can understand it.
But sometimes when there are to much modification I can't understand it.
Need to learn a lot from you sir.

Thank you for sharing high-quality maintenance knowledge with everyone. Upvote for you!
Good for you. you deserve a good Fluke multimeter Tevz
Amazing fix! Probably no one fixes this tv as you did in my country. They offer to change board or chip with original one which is almost as expensive as the TV itself.
Very Very Thanks Sir
Really excited 😮❤

Congrats mang tevz
Nice sir
Hello Tevz, better if you work with new capacitors even to show us how to fix it. The multimeter is great of course because Fluke offer the best Insulation and protection on their multimeters also measure with high Frequency which mean more precision when measure voltage with frequency on power suply Chopers. Be careful when you measure voltage and Current with those probes and choose the beter with more insulation for do not fail when you are runing with diagnostics. Try TP80 but from MC brand, the Fluke sell those and are perfect for Nano technology. If you see today TP80 from Fluke with very small point and cover colored protection are not so good but if you see those from MC with transparent covers that mean very good.
I don't know why they change those because they was perfect many decades. Must be writing on probes MC not Fluke.
Nice explain for pfc connection
Ok. Thanks

z1o tevs sir informative vidioe
Hi dear Mr tevz
It was really great.
But I think I never could be able to learn that cos connecting wires of new board are very hard and there are several items to do and to know specially the trigger protocols is confused able I prefer to get a new or used main board for customer and not found give it back to him that,s it.
Perfect
Great video like always ❤
Thank you 🤗
Wow, your videos are awesome! Maybe I missed it but I did not see or hear a part number listed for the universal board or a source to purchase it from?
Hi. Tevz missed you
Me too
Those LG TVs from around 2012 all seemed to fail due to that chip overheating and separating from the board. In the UK I remember a lot of these TVs being scrapped because even a replacement board from a broken TV would do the same thing a short time later.
It's interesting to see these universal boards being used - here it would cost almost as much as a new TV to get someone to do the work you've just done on the set, as it takes skill and time to do it. Is the picture quality as good with these boards?
With your level of skill I think you could make a fortune in Europe or the USA!
👍👍👌👌
👏👏
Good job on the PFC & 12v separation, I did similar to a Sharp 52 inch but psu only hd 15v output :(
why separate the pfc ? it's not separated at standby in normal conditions?
Congrats lakay😊,,anya gamit mo gayam panagbuttaw mo dyay plastic pra agidyay input mo nadalus panang buttaw mo lakay hehe
immoko nga bassit
Muhteşem ❤❤❤❤
Is there a website you can recommend for electronic repair training? other than you 😀
en mi pais ,no ceptan este tipo de trabajo..
Hmmm. I have been doing this conversion.
You just struck me with this new pattern. Seriously i don't understand why and what you did to the PFC.
I will only connect the PS to the 3.5V and thats all .
Can you please explain what happens if i dont separate the PFC.
Is this method only applied to LG power or every other brand.?
PFC is like a primary regulator, the main capacitor will boost upto 390 volts, some lcd backlight inverter won't turn on if the PFC is not active, its necessary to turn it off if is not used, it's consuming electricity so it must be turned off.
Where did he connect the 3.5 volt pin to using the resistor?
I find it very difficult to understand the commentry.
Hi Mr tevz again.
Something I remember to ask you !
Why did not reball the ic of mainboard once may be it solves the problem!!!
What do you think?!
CIRCUIT WIZARD!
Most expensive fluke multimeter 😮😮
Hi Tevz. This stuff with converting tvs is cool. I would like to try it on my old Sony tv. Is this board has a DVB-T2 tuner? if not, which cheap board has it? Regards.
I did not see a universal with DVB yet.
Sir l am frome India I like your video but unvershal board installed iam not interested but mistake is there
Where do you got the Fluke 289 from? Some lucky find?
from a friend
where to uplod this firmware panel
А что с родной материнкой, и в блоке питания нужно пропаять все микротрещины. И не жалей флюс.
My microwave isnt showing any channels. Can you fix it?
make that the hdmi is connected
Basta ilocano nalaing taga ano ka boss loc mo?
laoag city
Where did he place the resistor between?
I find it almost impossible to follow what is being said.
Clever but soldering?
I also have to buy a good and expensive multimeter, my primary one is got damaged during continuty test😢
You should not plug into a power source while doing continuity test.
@@AwmteaPachuau I did disconnected but the main capacitor was charged
We're ru from

Sir bka nmn pweding tagalogin mo nmn kc kramihan pilipino Ang nanunuod sayo pano namin maiintindihan ng mabuti sana may tagalog k nman sir
ang simple na nga yung english.
use the fucking Flux..
FFS learn how to solder!
I should have to replace the chip 1000 times! That is awesome but tooooo demanding!
That would be wrecked for parts in OZ as no one would pay to repair an old pile of crap like that, just way too uneconomical.
You're right.
