Arashi seems like a high quality operation, really good value compared to other popular brands. That watch on the other hand… highly questionable. I’ll definitely be following your install. I think this will be a very solid setup. And it’s nice to see someone going a different route with turbo selection.

Will the turbo bolt right up without modifying the downpipe? I’ve seen few people with the On3 kit have issues installing a turbo with a bigger compressor housing because it contacts the valve cover unless you rotate the turbo, in which case the downpipe no longer lines up. I’m on the fence about getting the On3 kit without the China turbo they provide and going straight to a higher quality turbo like this Arashi brand. But, I don’t want to deal with modifying the downpipe….

Of course you have to modify the downpipe. No matter what you go with. If I were u just order the exhaust manifold and fittings. Don't waste your money on anything else from those hacks.

I like your build a lot. I want to copy it s much as I can or afford. I’m looking to install single turbo top mount kit and want to order the hot parts separately from either docrace or Speedtech and purchase the Arashi turbo. What are some of the things I have to watch out for by doing this route vice get a complete docrace kit. Thank you for your time

I bought a TD06SL2 20G like 3 years ago. I just got my car built, and the arashi TD06SL2 20G 2.25 inlet 8cm housing was installed. Then i developed an issue with the MAF sensor, so i had to order it yesterday. I am just curious about reliability, performance, and holding up. Please respond!

Does Arashi by any chance sell the twin turbo setup? I'm not single turbo yet. Only see a "TD03 TURBO OIL RETURN PIPE KIT" which I am for sure getting.

The CHRA is great. The turbine housing is going to give you issues.

1.01 takes longer to spool. .83 is best for N54.
