- Wicklow Gaol has long held a fascination for us with the ghost stories being told. Finally, we got to investigate ourselves! Our first part is in the dungeons, built in the 1700s. Wow... just wow!

Hi gals wow what a place. It really makes me wonder who the reel criminals were? To do a crime in those days and ending up in that horrible place locked up is one thing but to be tortured, boiled to the point of death and have the phycological nightmares of that seven foot hangman dragging dead body's around the place holly molly.😬 Very interesting that the music box was stopping and starting to Kag's requests. And having three devices going off together. And once again you had me spitting my cup of tea out laughing at your antics.😂😂🤣🤣 I can't wait for pt2 stay safe and keep em coming.👍🏻

Hi ladies great episode, at around 39.05 ish Kag exhales but there's a long loud exhale over hers and I don't think it comes from Allison, just found that weird. Fun story, when I was in primary school we were supposed 2 go 2 Wicklow goal on a school tour and my Mam (who was an amazing story teller) told me loads of ghost stories about this place, so me being an 11 yr old at the time went 2 school and told all my friends/class mates all the terrifying stories my Mam had told me, a couple of days go by I get called out of class by my teacher who was a nun, she gives me a telling off and says that not 1 of the other kids wanted 2 go on this tour because they where so terrified so I get in2 a lot of trouble my Mam was called in, she was furious and so the class end up going 2 the beach instead which is right by the school and I was heart broken because I wanted 2 go 2 the scary haunted place but instead I spent the day cleaning the classroom.. when I look back I just find the whole thing hilarious. Thank you Allison and Kag 4 sharing your experiences with us. Huge love and respect from Ireland 🇮🇪💚💚👻🤙oh and 1 more thing I keep having nightmares about that bloody skeleton from your visit 2 the Macinteer mansion so thanks 4 that😉😂also it's so nice of ye 2 invite the tour guide 2 join ye not many people do that.💚💚👻
That is such a great story. I too would be disappointed if I had ended up with the beach and not a cool haunted Gaol!! lol I will have to go back and double check the exhale tomorrow when I wake up. So pleased you enjoyed x

I'm From Wicklow Town and did a paranormal activity here, halloween Night 8 years ago. I can assure you. It's so haunted. My uncle did the rebuild the Wicklow Goal and He said they're would be Drills going off during the day.. also Jailers rest Cafe in the Goal(Jail) does the best irish Breakfast call The Wicklow Man breakfast 2 eggs, four pieces of Dunnes White pudding and fried Soda bread . The Local DUNNES white pudding would be served to prison officers. The same Dunnes Family recipe through the year 👻

At 39:05 Kag is talking and takes a breath- then there is a longer sigh or breathy whisper, which I don’t think is Kag?

Oh goodness, it sounds like a torture chamber on a large scale.
The 1700s certainly were tough times, by the sounds. You certainly wouldn't want to risk being put in Gaol 😐
What an amazing and very disturbing place....cannot believe the horrific tortures they performed 😱😱......was amazing how a lot of the equipment went off too and as isual the dreaded manniquins really added to the overall effect.....all in all a fascinating investigation 🥰🥰
