No, the chassis, frame, is absolutely different to the other 350s. I'm 60, I bought one. I love it. I'm a returning rider. This is my first bike in over 30 years. I love commuting on it. Its small enough for me to man-handle in my garage and easy to park at work. Great for fun weekend rides. It comes in at least 6 different color schemes (in Australia anyway). Plenty enough power to pull in front of traffic. Will do freeway ok but not its favourite place. I don't care about mileage. And it sounds like a motorcycle.
I hate the color. So many of todays bikes are black or gray just dead looking bikes. They need some color to help them be visible on the road. Sorry but I wouldn't buy it because of the color ,I don't give a damn how good of a bike it is.
