you can also go to thrift / charity shops get some old books and start creating on those, they are really cheap...you can also find a lot of treasures at thrift shops too that you can use to make a lot of neat journal bits...Enjoy !

Hi Chrissy I know what you mean about all the stuff / packaging , junk mail. This past week I had to unload most of my collection . Will start again however will try to do it in a more tasteful organized fashion. At least that would be the plan. Thank you for sharing your videos. Love it
I try to organize all my stuff a few times a year & it never lasts long before it looks all a mess again. Lol The worst part of me trying to organize my craft room is that I end up forgetting where I put things & I’ll waste so much time looking for it & end up buying more stuff & adding to the clutter. Lol 😂

What is the tool you use to poke holes through the spine of your signatures?

I’m trying to throw together a very quick one with a 7 yr old going on a plain. Do you think maybe 2holes with reg hole punch and twine will hold till she backs from her Xmas trip with her mom ?
Hi! Yes it will hold. I would just make sure that both holes will go through each page if they are uneven heights, so that the twine will hold all the pages together. 💗
I have had some deaths in my family recently I would like to make a remembrance junk journal. This is all new to me. I've never made a junk journal before. Any ideas?
My condolences to you. 💗 I would do sort of a photo memory album so you can put pictures in it & also write memories or something about them that you cherish. You can also add pages in there to journal memories. You can do a traditional journal or use papers that remind you of them. Also you can add things like maybe a napkin or a drink coaster from a restaurant that has a fun or special memory with them or maybe a receipt or ticket from a special event. In some of mine I use a piece of fabric for decoration on tags, pages etc that’s from a t-shirt that was my sister’s. I hope this helps. 💕
How do U clean out the food lil bags ( oatmeal...)
I just wash them out with warm water & then let them dry. The water will soak all the way through some packaging but after it dries they are fine. 😊

The magazines and flyers we have here are all in Arabic and I don't like that I want it to be in English
The language doesn’t really matter bc it’ll most likely be covered up with other things, it’s mainly just a base page to build on. You can also print out whatever language of book pages, flyers etc for free. But I think another language of papers adds to the coolness of the journal. I buy books, magazines etc in different languages from eBay to add some character or history to my journals. 😊
