Bane... he started his training when he was in his twenties so he missed about 15 years of training. He mentions the flaw of the human race is their lifespan, it is too short to master all of the dark arts of the force. He created the rule of two which has it downsides because going forth we can never see a full scale battle between a sith army and a jedi army.
I hope Disney will visit the era of the old republic and show us Malgus and other sith lords.

Yet another example of the Sith only succeeding by abandoning their own principles. In this case abandoning selfishness by selflessly giving their lives.
Not so much selflessly but rather by a tough fight or a tough mental challenge
