Don’t know how you picked up that I’ve been working with water. Not necessarily the water scrying thing, but definitely setting intentions over the water I drink daily. Also heard this podcast a while ago about how to preserve happiness, and the speaker presented it in such a straightforward logical way (it’s a speech by Mo Gawdat if anyone else is interested). Very simply, he says when you feel those emotions that cloud your judgement, ask yourself if you can do anything about it and create a plan. Been living that way for the past 2 weeks and it’s been hard, but incredibly empowering so far.
