My friend, I am deeply delighted to come across your videos. Me and my wife own a farm in the Philippines and we wanted to start a chicken farm of egg layers. You have given me the inspiration and the preparation ideas to move forward in a reasonable direction to do this the right way. We have 4 acres and I think that we could possibly do reasonably about 5000 egg layers that we could also add to as time goes forward.
One question I have for you if you could help us understand where we can buy our feeds in the Philippines that would be reasonable. We go on the global market and we can have feeds for a very reasonable price if we buy it by the metric ton. We might be able to find farmers in the Philippines where we can buy feeds reasonably by the metric ton without buying overseas. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated thank you so kindly and will always be watching my friend. Very impressed with your accomplishments and sharing your experiences.!

How about the water tank and pipes if you are using automated? And what do you use to protect the chickens when it’s raining heavily and windy at same times since the house is open? Thank you Doctor, I truly appreciate the work you do and you’re motivating a lot of people!
Sure, a lot of cost (mainly fixed) are left out. Example you need the water system, water sources and water tanks. You wont afford buying water from the water authorities otherwise you will end up raising the cost.

I believe he is not using any breed but hybrids.
Most egg layer hybrids are based on Rhode Island or Leghorn (Livorno).

Hi farm up / Dr . thanks for motivation and since then i started 2 years back and doing well in layers. I needed to bread my wings far so i thought of turkey especially exotic since your known and good when it comes to paultry i needed your guide and way to go if reachable
the math on doing two floors for the same amount of birds should be 10m*8m... not 10*4. one side has to be constant, only one side to be halved. otherwise a good video
