I love walking around the Buena Vista Terrace mansions. The coolest house aka: "The Story Book House" which is next to the Upper Terrace is in Corona Heights; the Story Book Home is Owned by husbands Wade Joffrion and Greg Price and they decorate the house on major holidays. I went up there during Halloween and Xmas, Valentines Day. Great outdoor decorations. Too many unhoused folks living in tents on some of the main streets.
The Haight looks pretty good. We lived on 12th Ave. in the early '70's, just half a block from GG Park. There was a handy gap in the Arboretum fence back then, we were in there daily.
