You can see that The Hulk is such a nice guy, he feels really bad that he knocked him out so hard. You can see even his mouth trembling, I really respect this. And the Demon guy as well, this is amazing sportsmanship. Big up guys, I wanna see this sport growing
I've known The Hulk for a long time, went to the same school until I moved to a town close to his hometown. Despite his physique and his demeanor, he's a super nice guy and cares about his friends and family
Can’t wait to see these two rematch. Demon getting lots of flak for the stepping but I’m sure it can’t be easy to train that out, coming from any sort of traditional fighting where pivoting and stepping are part of striking. Really interesting match!
Same with flinching. Standing there and just taking the blow must go against every bit of nature. Nevertheless, dude has put up a huge fight against the Hulk, major props to him. I believe even the SF producers expected more from Aloha than they did from Demon. I can't wait for a rematch when Demon has trained out these habits

@@kayleighohler9999 I give him props for having the courage to face two opponents back to back, within the same event. Regardless of a win or loss, a good try is a valid one in my book.

@@thetraveler3739 Josh "The Hulk" Faries is a good friend of mine (known him for years) and he was a Heavyweight Champion in his amateur fights. The dude has power but is a super down to earth and nice guy. But good fight between both men. The Demon is one tough son of a bitch.

The officials aren’t calling it, because the rules state that small reactions like that are not violations. The officials are just doing their job and calling the fights according to the international unified rules. They take far more flack from the fans than they should, just like in any other sport. It shows that they are passionate tho, and that’s a good sign.

Personally, I think Demon should have been DQ’d. The final slap to my eyes looked like a club. He’s for sure got an AC of 18 and has taken the brawler feat.

Holy shit, Demon dropping some bombs! Dude hits hard man! He just needs to perfect that technique to eliminate the stepping and he's gonna be running through dudes. He's got a granite chin and was eating Hulk's shots like tictacs. Shame it had to end this way but hopefully it will be settled in a rematch.

These many mistakes and rookie errors, are all from nerves, i dont think not one of those 117 fouls was intentional, JT called it from the start, when he mentioned he was shadow boxing and doing pushups before the fight lol
@@bobjenkins9208 exactly. And seeing how he seemed to cheer Hulk on when he knocked him down with that step, he certainly didn't do that on purpose. Heck, he even got pissed at himself when hulk went down the second time there. I think they're habits from his mma history, they are quite hard to train out but if he does, my god.

@@slapfightchampionship it's not about any specific stats. If you win two matches you go home with two wins. At that point of the vid it was as funny as it was unnecessary to mention it. And even if there were any specific rules, if you finish two guys, you go home having finished two guys.

This was one 10 round fight, which would’ve only counted as one victory for the Hulk, if we had not lobbyed the commission to give him two victories had he won.

According to the fact that all this sport is about finishing someone is winning, he goes home with two wins. Even a new event like this would not work if he slaps down two people and is not going home with two wins.

What I am telling you, is that this match would have only given Hulk one victory, had he defeated both opponents. That is because it was registered with the commission as one 10 round fight. Because this type of matchup is unprecedented, so how many victories would be given, was a fact known by no one.
Our CEO JT Tilley went to the sanctioning body and received special permission for the winner to receive two victories, in the event that he had defeated both opponents.
Unless the commentary had reflected that, none of the fans would’ve known.

After re-watching the top down of Demon's last slap, it looks like he only stepped because Hulk was like a wall. Like it was a stutter because he hit so hard and it knocked him off balance.

Two giants going at it. I'm not going fault for The Demon. It comes with being new to the sport coming from a MMA background. You're taught to pivot when you throw your punch. He definitely did not mean to do that and the genuine sadness he had for when he did it. Two great athletes right there and the hopeful the rematch will come for these guys.

I think the demon should have been disqualified for the numerous times of flinching and stepping. I think the bout should have gone to The Hulk. Since he didn't flinch and only had one penalty facing both opponents. The demon was constantly turning his head when he got slapped to lessen the blow. Plus, I think the demon should have wiped his face off so the sweat wouldn't be a issue. So that the slap wouldn't slide off his face.
That's not how this sport goes the hulk got a free slap and couldn't put him down
