As far as lyricism goes there’s so many giants in the rap game but what makes an emcee truly dangerous is one who’s a great lyricist in the rap game, as well as an amazing ability to battle and that’s what guys like lord finesse, big L, king Los, Cassidy, Kendrick, Ab Soul, micky factzzz, Supernat, Mc Juice, Em, Diabolic, Technique, Canibus, Daylyt, percee P, Krs One, and a select few others are able to do each of these guys to a different level/extent than others of course but the fact that they can do both is amazing.

I remember this is one of the first videos I put on my video Ipod lmao. I was used to that 8-mile battle rap style with a beat. Or just freestyle battle raps off top where someone is beat boxing and you just try to think of funny lines in between a lot of weak shit. But this battle changed everything. I starting writing battle raps for different type of people I may run in to lmao. Fat niggas, skinny niggas, niggas with no gear, etc. I wonder who started this style. Seems like it came from Philly.
