Having yearly exam,doctor announced prostate exam. Instructing me to turn hold table. When he began taking down my underwear briefs I quickly spun around questioning why he was doing such thing. He explained need of inserting finger in anus to feel prostate. Very shocked I was hesitant such procedure. After he in depth explained. I did finally turn back around. Once briefs were down he attempted inserting of finger. Having much problem attempting procedure he instructed me must relax my body bend over further spreading legs. Putting gel his finger trying again. It finally popped in. Movement his finger caused intense pleasure sensation shooting my body through my testicles along shaft my penis. Unable to avoid erection my penis. Very emberessed I asked removal his finger. Instructed to relax,moving finger again. Emberessed as I began experiencing sensations of release beginning. Quickly asking fingers removal. Unable to control sensations pleasure clear sticky drops began drip stringing from penis. Before suddenly feeling my muscles clench causing rushing pleasure shooting down thighs up back,belly chest. Unable to avoid full release manseed shoot out. Pulling away quick to hide erection. Very professional he explained I must not need be emberessed. Sensation pleasure can occur. I must relax in order for him to attempt procedure again properly. Once relaxed was experiencing much nervousness. Instructed hold table again spread legs wider as he had to cup hold my scrotum pulling downward while inserting finger. Purpose of pulling downward scrotum was to offset accidental release. Once finger inserted again I experienced intense sensations. Understanding my embarrassment he did try talking of his wife,kids and sports. To divert my mind. While trying hard to answer his questions. Pulling squeezing my testicles seemed to cause more sensations rushings my body. Could not avoid shaking legs from sensations pleasure running my thighs. Unable avoid clenching of muscles experienced very much pleasure sensation my testes. Suddenly shooting release manseed. Real bad emberessed turned trying hide erection. Quickly pulling up briefs. Handing me towel to wipe chest table. He assured me not to be emberessed ashamed. Sitting down as he fully explained procedure for me to better understand. Much emberessed trying still to hide erection my briefs I did manage to hear most what he spoke.

Taking blood test for further results. Informed me hairs thinning was more likely hereditary or stress related. Prescribing me biotin,multi vitamin, vitamin E, Zinc, Selenium, Boron, L-Arginine and over counter herbs pygeium and maca. Taking them daily as instructed. Within wks by next exam hair had begun thickening again. In fact as he examined chest,belly,anus legs again. He explained how bodies hair was also thickening growing more. Very real bad nervous his taking down my briefs to examine prostate. I was instructed to breathe deep slow while telling him about my girlfriend and sport I played to divert mind. Cupping both penis and scrotum as procedure begun. Informing cupping is for awareness over excitement my body and to inform him quickly if I began experiencing release occuring. Four times he did have to quickly withdrawal finger halting exam. Tho did experience heavy leaking clear drops was able to hold in manseed. Still very emberessing however being unable to avoid erection leaking drops while being cupped by hand. It was very much awkward having erection other bro around holding. Fortunately my prostate had gone down. Informed to continue my vitamin herbal remedy. Isn't for another three wks I go back for yearly exam. Am very much nervous for recieving of yearly procedure again. Just going to try hard on relaxing breathingvdeep slow thinking football again as procedure is completed this time.
