What would happen if an actual player showed up to rob the bank a bodyguard is working at? lol

The case belongs to the police on your server. Just like in real life, as a security guard, you don't care about the situation with a robbery and threatening weapons, only to notify the appropriate services if such a situation happens, you are not entitled to defend the bank against attackers, only to react to the situation. You can call the police early and either intervene when you don't expose yourself to attackers or leave the place then the job will be interrupted or you can wait until the robbery is over.
