Was running the exact team but with Dawn Wings. Moongeist Beam is a lot better than Sunsteel Strike (Hitting the very common mons like Ho-oh, Kyogre, Palkia and Dialga) but defensively speaking Dusk Mane seems better. I am not sure which is superior.
That is true for moves, I think both are good in their own wae. Dusk Mane is good for ABB and Dawn Wings is good for ABC style teams

@adamv9892 A/B is a pair of Pokemon that cover each other.
C is usually safe swap So the classic format is A/B/C - Core Pair + Safe swap.
ABB is the 'bait' format - lead bastiodon, and have two grass-poisons in the back, or things with similar typing and vulnerabilties instead - you might use a grass flying like tropius as one of your 'B's.
ABA is a format where you lead something (A1) that you basically just don't switch out if it's a counter, because that keeps it away from your A2. It's like a bait swap, but without the actual swapping.
So you might see a Togekiss lead, with a Clefable as your A2 and something else as your B, that can handle the core threats to fairies. You opponent can then either switch out to preserve their counter (if they realise what you're doing), but then you counter switch and keep your clefable away from them.
I hope this explains better on what ABB, ABA, and ABC teams mean UwU

@@Denizozzzy003 STAB Shadow Claw is a plus too. Full betting on Moongeist Beam at Ho-oh and Kyogre saved me from a lot of losing games. But Dawn Wings is like a glass in front of Dusk Mane...
Master League is so boring for me.. You see same six pokemons almost every time
Same in the other leagues to be completely honest

Same in other leagues, is even boring in great as you always see boring pokemons at least máster has some nice legendaries

As the other guy said, no. Kyurem has the neutral ice that can debuff and disarm fairy counter swaps and the spammy dragon claw that outpaces all the other dragon bait moves

In the end, it's up to you. I would never use something in Master League that doesn't have 15 attack. To me, even a 14/15/15 is a waste. You can maybe get away with it on an off-meta pokemon but on a common ML pokemon, it is just so detrimental because you know you're not winning CMP over mirrors and you'd constantly have to work around that. At the same time, if you know you're just going to get another 296XL the next time Origin Palkia is in rotation and it doesn't inconvenience you at all to just build another one if you get a better one later then sure, build it and just make sure to best buddy it.
@@VeilInfinity thank you , i respect your perspective, normally i only level 50 my Hundo’s ( that’s useful for Raids and master league ) or lucky 98% with 15 attack, my origin Palkia i haven’t even powered up yet because i didn’t get the Hundo , I’m more than likely gonna wait until it comes back in raids to try again for a Hundo or Shundo
I’ve done like 75 Kyurem raids and a couple luckies and never got more than a 91% lmao
Unlucky, I think zekrom, reshiram and kyurem gonna come next season for kyurem fusions maybe, or shadow rayquaza this next month

I did try an insane team(landorus therian with sandsear storm only but ya can use stone edge on it as well, palkia with dragon tail, and dusk mane with either metal or shadow claw and it does SO WELL! It’s won me A TON OF BATTLES(but I did lose to the same team but all as hundos) but overall it is very INSANE! Definitely recommend it
Use DB instead of DT on palkia
I beg you please do not use metal claw it is one of the worst fast moves in the game
